I wanted to try this sushi shop and was very disappointed. First the service is very lame. The cashier was stressing and rushing... the orders. Don?t even know how to operate the credit card payment properly, makes me wait without communicating, he doesn?teven speak a proper English, going in circles and checking everything around him, like there was other stuff to do, instead ofjust finishing the transaction and move to something else. I ordered combo M and C, I asked the cashier what?s in the makis, hedidn?t even know, he was pointing the menu. On the menu the combos were very different that?s why I took 2 different combos totry different combinations. At the end, after I left we opened the boxes my wife and I and realized they are exactly the samething inside, kamikaze and avocado rolls in both boxes , we only had 2 salmon nigiris extras. That?s the only thing they added.Why would I order 2 different combos and finally have the exact same Thing inside, all that for 30$, this is ridiculous!Theyseemed to be completely lost and do the same thing over and over again. They just put the same makis and hosomakis to get rid oftheir inexperienced clients to help the next customer. Also I asked for a spicy mayo, the guy didn?t notify me That there was anextra charge, didn?t have cash so he charged it on the credit card again for .86 cents. Im a big sushi eater and used to work insushi restaurants regularly, and this is the most disappointing sushi place. I won?t come back. Also the sushi are blemish,nothing extraordinary about it. Sassy cashier guy with tattoos was very rude. Service needs improvement. They forgot to include ginger and wasabi.

Presentation is great food is awesome ???? Bento box is abit pricey for what it is but with a side of popcorn shrimp makes the... combination to die for and you get abit of everything and it tastes pretty dam good ???? The poke bowls are my favoriteespecially the volcano one and you guys should try it with a the fried rice its gonna blow your mind ???? and I tend to get aside of dragon eye just to make it perfect???? I order the food through ubereats. The quality of food is beyond acceptable. The portions are very small (almost $7 for... vegetables tempura that honestly could feet on a tablespoon and were uncooked) im not sure there was even any fish in my rolls.The rice in the sushi tasted old . I paid $60 and threw the food in the garbage. Because that's where it belongs.i still have arotten taste in my mouth from trying the food. Just discussing... Read more
Good place for grab and go sushi. Quality is nice and the menu is extensive. There's lots of choices on the menu and the staff... works quickly so the wait for the food is not long. More of a fast food experience vs dining. You can sit indoors, but theenvironment is not inviting to stay. Read more
I was extremely disappointed with the quality of my last sushi order. It was not fresh and they were not perfectly made. My... daughter had a stomach ace and after 5 pieces, I was unable to continue. I did notice that there was not the same sushi chefthat normally prepares my order. I called sushi shop and they were unable to understand what I was tiring to tell them. Ispoke with the manger and he didn?t understand either. Bottom line, the price they charge for the quality of food was extremelydisappointing. I will never be going back there again. Read more
Very stingy and UNPROFESSIONAL STAFF at the counter. I bought 52 pieces of a sushi platter, having some gusts tonight! I asked... for some extra ginger. She first said "We try our best!"Isn't this answer so STRANGE for a sushi shop?!! So I said ok and when Ireceived my order, I realized it was way less than even a usual platter in this size should have! I am so sorry for you! Extraginger is not a big deal! It's not a gold! If you open a sushi shop, be open to prepare some extra ginger when people buying an80$ order from you! Have some attitude for your customers and treat professionally!
