Was there this afternoon at 3:00, I placed a small order for myself 4 mini Volcano's. 6 employees speaking Korean I think.... 4... out of the 6 kept looking at me and laughing at me CLEARLY!!!!! I was the only ine at the restaurant, this continued THELAUGHING at me the whole time I was waiting for my order. I've worked in the Hospitality industry for close to 40 years, thiskind of behavior is UNACCEPTABLE to be laughing at clients, its rude and so disrespectful. Poke bowls are a lot smaller and with less fish than others... Not worth the price they are charging..very disappointing

I asked how long it takes to get bubble tea because I had an appointment in 10min! Cashier said 2 min So I ordered 2 bubble teas... but they were so busy chatting in Korean and it delayed my orders. So I asked her politely if They can a bit speed up. Sheturned and spoke to her colleague about me very rudely in Korean (yes. I understand Korean! I spoke English but I do understandKorean). Eventually it took 8min to get my bubble tea and I had to run to appointment. If I knew that it will takes 8 min forthe bubble tea, I would have it after the appointment!! Just ordered a large size bubble tea after work and 3-4cm on top of the cup was empty. This properly made the large size had a... similar amount as the regular size one. So why should I pay for the large one ? And the service of the two employees was bad.The owner is really good usually but he was not there this afternoon. Maybe that?s why his employees acted like that. The ownershould be more careful to pick ppl taking care of his store especially when he is absent. Read more

Absolutely WORST service. Bought a sushi burrito today while on my lunch break from work. It tasted so funky but it looked good... so continued eating it, my cooworker took a bite of the burrito and told me it tasted ?off?. Went back to the sushi shop wherethey told me they couldnt do anything but could only offer me another sushi burrito and nothing else but there were none left onthe shelves so I asked would they make me a new one? was told no. so how could I have another sushi burrito? I spent 14$ on thissushi burrito and theres nothing you can do to help me? When you go to a restaurant and order food that tastes off theycompensate you and offer you something else and yet you cant get the same service here at sushi shop? I?ve gone to other placeswhere food tasted off and they always offered something in return. I am absolutely disgusted by this, especially how wide knownsushi shop is. I will be going back on monday as for the manager will be there. I want my money back. update: Went today to seethe manager, he was very accomodating and refunded me the money. Read more
