AVOID NOW. It was my go-to place for 12 years. I've ordered about 12 times in the past year alone. Their new online ordering... system has flaws and my order came in screwed up, 2 wrong items. They didn't offer to send the right items. Last time, my orderof 100$ was gross and discusting (rice was literally wet and inedible). They offered to replace 25$ on my next order(tonight's). When told how unsatisfied I was, they brushed me off and didn't do anything to keep me as a customer. No longer.Just eat somewhere else. Read more
I had amazing experiences with this place. Tasty sushis and sushi pizzas. Unfortunately, they now do their own delivery on... delivery apps with no tracking. I have been waiting for 1h30 and still have nothing. I called and the lady hung up on me. Icalled again and she said the order left 6 mins ago and hung up on me again. So far so good! Order on app (Doordash or Skip the Dishes..), ordered pho. They phoned a few min later to say they don't... currently have pho. So they offered me to replace w/ anything else. I chose a poke bol. So I got my lobster pizza (AMAZING valueOMGGGGG) $10 for that is SOOO GOOD. And Tuna poke bol. Loved both. Fresh, excellent value. So flavourful and a tiny bit salty/ rich, so I recommend pairing w/ some easy veg. - I had them w/ steamed spinach, but spring mix, any veg would be good too! I love their sushi especially when they are freshly made ? *UPDATE* I revoke my review from previously. I can't believe how... unprofessional these people are. My husband and I love going to this place for lunch especially when the sushis are just made (we don't like the cold fridge sushi sitting there taste) When we got there I was ordering over 30 pieces and probably somethingelse afterwards and I asked if they can be prepared fresh (not the ones sitting in their Take Out fridge all day) and theystraight up said No, if we prepare new ones it will be a waste. You can have the ones there in the fridge. I mean, I am comingfor dinner with my husband, to actually sit and enjoy dinner as we've always done. And they wanted us to take the sushi from 3pmfrom the fridge, the take out fridge. It was after 8 when we came in. It's so unfortunate because I actually rooted for thisplace. I debated a bit and he still declined our request to prepare us fresh sushi for our dinner. We went and took our moneyand business elsewhere. NEVER AGAIN. The service was great but the sushi not so much. I have eaten there twice in the past, and both times I got sick... afterwards. Their wasabi is delicious, but the choice of chopsticks is questionable. The sushi were mounted alright, but sometasted fresher than others. Very little variety in the menu and weird choices of filling. (They had served us sushi with soggylettuce in them, which in my book is a big no no). Not impressed at all. SUSHI TAKE A LONG TIME should be their name! Good sushi, but delivery time was one hour forty seven minutes. Ridiculous!!! The... cherry on the Sunday is that they forgot to send both of my Wakame salads. I was refunded for them with no apologies from themanager.very badly managed restaurant. Great sushi but you have to order 1 hour in advance otherwise you?ll wait an hour. It happens to me all the time.
