The food was bland and the beef tasted weird. I do not recommend, definitively not coming back.

Overall not bad, however the taste is not to the standard of other locations. We had Thai Soup and Pad Sew. The Soup was... alright, can not complain much. But Pad Sew not only portion seemed a bit small, but also kinda tasteless - the noodles were dryand cheewy. My wife threw away half of it - knowing the fact that she loves Pad Sew and usually we finish both dishes together- this is a bad sign. Work on the quality or change the cook. It ruins overall image of Thai Express. Read more

Made the big mistake of getting this delivered. NEVER again. 18$ for a bowl of rice, barely any sauce, 1 broccoli, a little book... choy AND NO BEEF. WORST service EVER. Read more

Good as usual, but better before. Previously, the general thai chicken was served over rice noodles and had the option for it to... be spicy. Not the case anymore.. too bad. I'll be taking my business to Thai Zone in the future.. Read more

Having great memories of Thailand and its spicy food I went to Thai express with lifted mood and high expectations. Ate there... several times, here is the resume. Among pluses: big portions, fast service, freshly cooked. However, there is a significantnumber of downsides, first of all their recipes are not standardized and every time the same dish tasted differently, dependingon how much sause funny cook dropped in. Secondly, very interesting lady on the cashier didn't give me a time to choose my dishbut instead rushed me by asking "say if you want chicken or shrimps and that's it" and I was like "aaaee chicken", and she waslike "then padthai with chicken". Worst Thai express in Montreal by far. Terrible costumer support by extremely rude cashier. Pad Thai had no flavor with little... meat. We tried to complain but she said first one to do so, absolute lie!!! Avoid this garbage excuse of fast food, getMcDonald's instead. Better service, food, and price. I've been to many Thai Express outlets and was served reasonable food for what it is. The Place Versailles outlet should be... closed, it is making a bad name for Thai Express. Sauce was watered down absolutely no flavour, most of the pad thai was justmushy bean sprouts (chop suey) almost no noodles with 3 small pieces of chicken. I will never go there again and I am now wearyabout other outlets. Do not go you will be disappointed. Read more
