Very bad experience. Requested pad thai (spicy) and Yellow Cari. Pad Thai had no spices in it. Yellow Cari had flavour of... pineapple only. Complete waste of time and money. Cultures: WORST CUB SALAD EVER! The chicken was not like on the picture (nice roasted breast of chicken) in the store. It was... chunks of chicken. The avocado; look for it = 1/4 of an avocado. Don't even bother going to this place. That Asian guy with glasses who took our order was beyond rude to the little customers... they have. Not only that, after he took our order, he was stomping/ slamming doors as he prepared our stuffs. He was clearly notin a good mood. I don't mind the attitude if the food was great. But, that wasn't the case. The food he prepared was mediocreaka chicken wings and dumplings. The only thing that was less mediocre was the food he didn't make but the portions were supersmall. I went in super happy today. Got one fresh spring roll AND tipped. Paid $7.27. I had to come back because the rice paper was... soggy and the wrap fell apart before I could eat it. I brought the wrap back completely uneaten, thinking maybe it was just onethat was soaked too long so I could just trade it for another. I was super nice about it and even said sorry!!! The girl at thecash literally started yelling at me in front of everyone saying they?re all the same and they?re made fresh every morning. Shecould have just offered me a soup of something. I was so shocked at her attitude and yelling. I felt attacked when I was justbeing kind and didn?t even raise my voice once, having worked in the food industry myself. At this point, I requested a refundbecause I was genuinely mortified she?d treat a customer like that. This set her off more and she started yelling again sayingshe can?t refund me because she doesn?t know how and the manager isn?t in. So I stood there kind of shocked, but the super sweetchef offered to make me something else. She then started yelling PICK ANYTHING ELSE ITS EVEN MORE EXPENSIVE ANYTHING.. so Ioffered to pay the difference and she just kept yelling at me to pick something. Truly at a loss for words. The kind chef mademe rice and I thanked him several times. He was super nice and his rice was really great- so no complaints on the actual food atall. On my way out, I even looked over at her and nicely thanked her and she just stared back and said nothing. I ordered from here through Doordash. I ordered the habibi bowl & the sandwich baja chicken avocado. When we received it, the... habibi bowl didnt have any chicken and sauce. The sandwich barely had any avocado or tomatoes and the slice of the swiss cheesewas smaller then half the sandwich size. This is ridiculous. Is it that hard to prepare such easy meals without making suchmistakes? You wont see me buy from Cultures again... disappointing. Read more
