Worst customer experience ever. 40 min wait time for some general Tao chicken. Cook can?t cook to save his life. Plate was dry... as hell with little to no sauce. Barely any vegetables. Chicken tasted like it just had been taken out of the freezer. Extremelydisappointed. I will go out of my way to encourage people never to visit this location and Thai Express as a whole. I wish COVIDwould of wiped them out to let other smaller Asian restaurants thrive. Access to capital does not equal good food. Thai Expresssucks ! Read more

I got some general thai, but the supposed chicken wasn?t actually chicken. It just tasted like bread. Like fried bread. Very... annoying! Read more

I have been ordering pad thai chicken for half a year from this place weekly (since I live close by), and I have been treated... very nice. But what happened today is beyond my acceptance. I specifically asked for extra spicy but I received a product ofnon-spicy and to make it worse, it barely has any soy sauce and salt inside. I went back and ask about it, and the femalecashier told me "Because we are so busy, we don't have any sauce left". Well then, first you could have told me you had nosauce left, instead of letting me know only when I was getting back to you, given I even said "extra-spicy" explicitly. Second, you could at least apologize instead of trying to do your lengthy explanations, that would be fine and since I have ordered somany times from you guys, I totally understand it. What actually triggered me is the way she is handling it afterwards. When Iask to switch it to any other dish, she is super reluctant. When I continue with switching to General Thai chicken she refuseand still repeating about the lacking of sauce --- Seriously , there are dozens of dish on your menu, and you can't find asingle one that can replace my current one? I'm pretty sure the soup one doesn't require any of the 'sauce' you claimed. Then Iasked for a refund, and what she did is is so irritating. She claims that there is no cash --- But I paid through my credit cardand you could simply perform a refund using the machine. I feel like she is just lying. After I finally start to express clearupset about this, she now says "Oh maybe you can keep it and the next time you come here I will not charge you". But I'm sorry,at this point it's too late, you already lost your customer. Overall, what makes me so upset is the way she handles it. Youcould have simply apologized in the first place, and I will let it go--- I completely understand the situation given how manytimes I ordered. But she chose the non-cooperative, reluctant, and made me feel she is doing her best to Read more

The only thing that saves the place is the average food. I understand this is a chain but service could be at least... standardized. The blond girl working here is very rude. No nuts, no spicy sauce. I asked for more soy sauce I was told the foodalready had soy sauce. Lol. I also asked for napkins and I got one per customer? really? The place is extremely dirty. Read more

The place is right by the main road opposite to the LaCite shopping building and next to PitaPit. Although the entrance is at... street level, there is a flight of stairs once inside for those looking for info on access. This was my second visit and I hadthe same dish both times - Fried rice with shrimp. Being Indian, my expectation when I ask for spicy is quite high. The riceended up being okayish and the pine apple bits werent helping. Still delicious though and the prawns were cooked just right. Ilike the unlimited peaunut sides and the selection of sauces. I have no experience with cuisine from the south east but willdefinitely go again and try the other options. The staff is alright. Not too friendly but then again, the language barriermakes it difficult to converse with people at most establishments here. Read more

WOULD GIVE 0 IF POSSIBLE! Consistently poor quality. Gave this location many chances and was disappointed yet again Ordered... fried rice and recieved plain white rice with sauce dumped on it. Was not even "fried" in a pan. Rice was dry, hard anduncooked. Customer service was worse when I called and first response was to come back tomorrow without hearing what I had tosay and then they said to put it in a bowl and mix it and that it will taste the same. Save your money and go to another ThaiExpress restaurant a few blocks down the street. Avoid this location at all costs. Read more
