Not even one star.what has became this place is awful.There are some employers who try to keep the place running but there are... also a bunch of "kiddos" who hang around with theirs colleagues who supposedly at work but is bad really bad.This place is agathering of kiddos who apparently live a high life in no life and I am no kidding,two in the back on third phones one who wasnot only staff getting ouf of the employees area with a prison dress attitude and gang air three kids at the countertransforming into a bar like really guys you still own this pit? Everything arround is broken one ceiling light is like afterthe war and the "teens" are terrible they transforming this place into a gathering after school party or what.sorry but we keepthis place alive WE not this kids so you the owner better put your foot on the door because in three or four years this kiddoswill start shooting in your store. Long drive thru wait time, but otherwise good.
I blame the management team for getting untrained staff on the floor. This is slowest, most frustrating Tim I encountered in... Canada and I have been to 6 provinces and one territory. AVOID! Your order will be delivered wrong after it took you 25 mins andexplaining yourself over and over to multiple people. Read more
Actually the worst Tim's I've ever been too. I don't like to spread negativity but I've been disgraced one to many times. You'll... arrive after the 15 minute walk to get there, only to find out that only their drive thru is open. Not to mention, all theyfocus on is drive thru. Their in person clients are left waiting for ten minutes just to get a sandwich that isn't even whatthey ordered. They never get orders right, and the employees always look so lost and confused. I get it, it's a minimum wagejob, but you still need to put in some effort. If you hate the job that much then quit. Not to mention, the employees are soapathetic, I'm surprised they don't just throw the meal at you. Lastly, their ice capp machine is ALWAYS broken. This Tim Hortons is an absolute tarnish to the brand. Unfortunately, I live in the area but believe me when I say this, take the... 5mins needed to go to another one and you'll save the following: -Abysmal Service -Constant Mistakes in Orders -Wait Timesbeyond any Drive-Thru experiences I've ever seen If it was once in a blue moon, it'd be selected employees but this is steadilyand constantly the worst Timmy, that is bad owners in my book, please sell your business to someone who will care. Went to this Tims over the summer. Because of Covid had to pas thru the drive thru. Spent approx 10mins waiting in my car next... to the microphone waiting to order Finally, when I do get get served, there are no more Iced Cappuchinos. Since thats all iwanted I wasnt going to wait with everbody else, i decided to leave the drive thru lane. In backing up my car I clipped theEXTEREMLY high sidewalk curbs causing damage to my vehicule. Since May Ive been waiting to hear from the manager. I did speakwith a team leader. She was rude, impolite and arrogant towards me DO NOT SPEND ONE PENNY HERE. THEYLL MAKE YOU WAIT INSIDE OROUT LACSADASICAL MGMT!! PAS FORT!!!! Read more
Edit: Disrespectful and completely rude staff. Mock customers and spend more time talking than serving causing huge backlogs in... the line. Needs new management and a complete restaffing. Original: still has a ton of room for improvement...the dark roast isdrinkable but that's it. Donuts are disappointing. Meat in their sandwiches is reminiscent of tofu-faux-meat...only notvegan/vegetarian. 24 hours is convenient as is drive through (unless there's a huge line), just make sure they get your orderright if it is busy.
