Worst service ever!!! I got to the drive through and literally was treated worse then a dog. There is a minimum amount of... respect you should be showing to your clients that are coming to order at your drive through. Even just a ?hello can I take yourorder? would be enough. I asked to speak to the manager and they flat out refused. I asked for their names and they flat outrefused. Where is the accountability and why are you working there if you hate your job? Read more

Me and my friends who are latinas and black wrnt and brought from there and we wanted to eat inside since it was raining really... badly and we tried to sit after we ordered and the manager started screaming at us before we even sat down saying we will dirtythere seats and tables and there was a white lady sat and eating and he didn't say nothing to her but the guy told us to getout,i think that was racist. The manager or whoever is head of the team that works at 6am in the morning is very rude and mean. Making disrespectful comments... when the customer is just right infront of her. If you can't do serving right, go somewhere else. Read more

I pick up breakfast from this location from time to time as it is close to my office. Yesterday I ordered a coffee with only... milk and a Tim Matin with Bacon. The coffee had sugar and the instead of bacon they put saussage. Needless to say it all wentin the garbage except the potato. Today I mentioned it to them and they asked if I had the receipt which I did not. I dontusually get one. They said they could not offer me anything without it. Which I understood, I paid for todays order. Themanager was very nice, he asked what was wrong and apologized. One of the employees interupted several times to tell me that Ihad been given the receipt. He also rudely asked me to drive away as I was checking my order. His manner and tone werecompletely unacceptable. It surprises me that Tim Hortons keeps such rude staff. This location has often in the past mademistakes and is often out of stock of simple things like toast or decaf coffee. Todays bagel was quite stale. Read more

This Tim hortons Is by far the worst Tim mortons that I have ever set foot in I am walking distance from Tim hortons because I... work next door every morning I go there at around 10 o'clock it's either we don't have any more bacon we don't have any morehash Browns or we don't have any more dark roast coffee and now to top it all off our toaster doesn't work I am so fed up ofthis place it is unreal it's like they don't want to even bother making more coffee or preparing more bacon or preparing morehash Browns if there is no more there is no more they just tell the clients we don't have anymore because they don't want totake the time out and do it like those supposed to do I have been working since the last 2 weeks on a building in back of themand every morning is the same story over and over and I worked another 2 weeks they're also just before the Corona virus hit andit was the same story we don't have this we don't have that you ask for dark roast coffee she grabs the The jug of coffee andshakes it in front of my face and says there's no more well if you know there is no more why haven't you prepared Annie beforeif you knew there wasn't any more bunch of morons Read more

It?s the second time I?ve had a bad experience at this Tim Hortons. The older lady is VERY rude! She Takes an exaggerated long... time to answer in the drive through and an even longer time just to give you a coffee. she does not say hello nor does she saythank you; and if asked a question she talks back with a lot of attitude!
