Not great....where it was only a few Tim H's that were becoming so bad in service to customers it seems that it is a common... occurrence now and has become the norm....where it is def very hard to find a good one like years ago....possibly since it us nolonger a Cdn family business...and has past through so many hands since then....I guess as long as the bottom line stays viableit will survive...or till when there would be a better option....maybe time for the return of Dunkin!!!! 30°c. Drive through long lineup, inside the restaurant long line up even by the outside door. How many times have you stood in... the line, lost your time, only to find out their machine is broken? I?ve been to this Tims countless amount of times ? and I fail to remember ONE good experience within the past year. I can... totally understand mistakes, bad days, covid affecting workflow/motivation etc? I?m typically VERY reasonable and patient?However, I can confirm that my last 10 visits were disastrous, on top of all the rest which were beyond sub-par. Thedrive-through here in particular is a nightmare. I?m constantly stuck waiting for over 20 minutes even when there?s maybe 1 or 2cars ahead of me. I was asked to wait on the side several times for my order (which usually consists of a black coffee and abagel), only to be forgotten time and time again. My coffee?s are more often than not riddled with cream and sugar (despite measking for black every time). I stopped correcting their mistakes at one point because it would take an eternity for the staffto rectify the error, so I?d pay, drive-off and leave the coffee for the trash. The staff is polite most of the time ? not muchto comment on here other than a few exceptions. I always appreciate kind people. My 2 star review comes mostly from the factthat certain members of the staff pull through sometimes, and are overall nice. I only hope this location improves. There?snothing but room to improve here. There?s definitely more to say, but I think I made my point. Starting from this day forward,I?ve chosen never to come here again. There are FAR better run Tim Hortons in and around Montreal. I?d rather drive further awayto get decent service than settle for this. Avoid this spot if you can. Read more

The worst Tim Horton?s in Montreal. No air conditioning so expect to sweat while eating in the summer. Spoke with the owner of... this Tim Horton?s (Chamroeun Sok) to fix the air conditioning and she seems to not care about her customers and even worse, shetreats her employees like slaves. Service was not good, had to repeat several times what I wanted also I believe if you work with the Public you should be able to... speak and understand both French and English as I do. Through out my interactions with the Employee he was patient and polite. Read more
Bad bad very bad , only two employees taking orders in front don?t know why only two in front of the counter one of them was not... feeling well I asked her are you ok she said she is very sick ,very sick could pass the virus to client very bad and the othergirl was running like a rabbit taking order doing sandwich making coffee etc... I had to wait for just a coffee and I?m onlywith another client in front it?s not like a big line up however I said I go to the rest room meanwhile waiting oh my lord therest room I didn?t even want to pee it look like no one cleaned it since war world 2. So I went back to take my coffee a man wasscreaming saying the f words regarding the service and the waiting time just for a coffee , I went to have my coffee and I wasin shock that the only client in front of me was still waiting I asked what?s happening it?s just a coffee the poor employeeanswered me no more coffee she was brewing more and we have to wait tell it?s done, that tim horton is a jock cheap owner badmanagement only one star cause I have no choice should be zero star however I was late for my appointment because of that, neveragainst on that location .
