Very slow services. Website says door opens at 08:00AM but the door is still close at 08:45. Please put a sign that says your... door is closed. The drive-thru even worse slow and can?t even get an order right. Worst custumer service ever. Please train youremployee about custumer service. Read more

The atmosphere is okay, but I wish they had a bigger kitchen. Tim has been adding so much in the menu, but only 1 person to cook... everything for inside and drive-tru. You can tell the staff is not happy but they do their best. Not their fault but Tim shouldhave menu adjusted by the size of the kitchen per location to give a better customer service and better food Read more

Went there this morning Sunday 02/Oct/2023. When we got there there were 2 cars in the drive through ahead of us. It took 15... mins just to get my order in. Thinking they might be short on staff and having maybe 2 employees I gave them the benefit of thedoubt. Then another 15 minutes later we finally got to the window and to my astonishment I counted not 3, not 4 but 5employees!!! How in the world do 5 employees take 30 minutes to serve a few customers inside and 3 cars outside in 30 minutes?This HAS to be the worst Tim's in Canada! I gave a 1 cause I couldn't give 0! I will NEVER go back there again even though itsdirectly on my way to work! I will go elsewhere even if I have to go out of my way, the time I take at their drive through issurely longer than making a detour to get to the next Tim. Read more

This place needs a manager at all times. Employees need better training and there needs to be a manager or supervisor. Employees... are lazy, slow, none of them can multi task,rude. There's so many Employees they do things like lock the door or close off thedrive thru to make it easy for them. I've never seen this in my life and I've worked at cafes downtown alone serving so manypeople at same time multi tasking. Today I went and they closed off the kitchen to make it easier for themselves while there wasfull of bagels and bread. I told worker I've never seen this in my life he said well nobody is working in kitchen so it's closedbut they have 10 Employees making 1 clients drink and one girl was sweeping the floor in same spot for 30 minutes . They clearlydo not want to do their job. They need a manager or supervisor I work next to here and go here everyday and I've seen enough.There needs to be changes here at this tim Hortons. Read more
