Quick and fresh. Was breakfast time and i wasnt served a wrap that was prepared 30 minuted ago...and it didnt look like it had... exploded in the wrapper. Gave 4 stars on atmosphere only because there arent any garbage bins in the drivethru line to tossyesterday"s coffee???? Read more
Its saturday at a supposedly opened tims at 11pm. Well its not open on saturdays. Bet on sunday also. Dont right 24 hours if... you're not open 24 hours. So many businesses are doing this. Pure laziness not to change business hours. Read more

This location is rarely ever open for walk-in customers. The drive-through line-up may not even be that long but they lock the... front doors of this stand-alone restaurant location so no one can order if they aren't driving. They are not closed due to COVIDrestrictions and they seem to have more than enough employees to handle they clientele. Several times I've gotten attitude fromemployees regarding my ordering in English, ordering breakfast sandwich in the afternoon or other basics they should beencountering daily and are marked on the signage. Don't expect to be able to get sausage on your sandwich, they are alwaysout. I also cannot complain directly to Tim Hortons corporate as this location does not appear on their list of restaurants onthe Customer Support form! Read more

There is no service for peatons! So I tried to ask my order in the place that cars ask theirs, but the machine couldn't detect... me. So I had to ask the next driver to allow me to ask my order throught the machine. I wanted 5 Smile Cookies, but they onlyhad 2 left. So I said I'd take them anyways. But when I went to get them, I only had 2 normal cookies! And I paid 2.30$ forthat. I can buy a whole box of normal cookies in Maxi for that price. I'll leave a better review if I get refunded. Service has always been great here. If you have a lowered car, I wouldn't suggest the drive thru, you will scrape on the way... out, aside from that, the place is quick to get rid of long line ups! Read more

The donuts are worst than ever. They are not freshly made anymore. They are freshly glazed and iced but not baked freshly.... Already you could tell the donut was frozen then thawed before icing ot were baked the day before. Either way, it is a major letdown. Read more

Probably the stingiest and most absurd service I ever received in my life. I ordered arguably the cheapest thing on the menu ? a... small ice coffee ? and first they punched in ?medium?, so I had to remind them I asked for a *small* and then they gave me acoffee with two inches missing from the rim. I kindly asked to pour a little more ? folks, their coffee sits there all day fromthe morning, I didn?t ask them to fly to a Colombian finca and brew me some ? and they said that DUE TO COVID 19, they couldn?ttake it back! I tried hard not to laugh in their face, but the whole situation was so absurd I can?t even find the words todescribe it. She literally cheaped out and spent two minutes explaining to me how much coffee they should pour in the glass.This is all for the cheapest thing on the menu! I couldn?t believe the stinginess.
