My suggestion is to review your opening hours door/website. Said it's open, 6h20 am, clerk said no it's not???????????.
Slow service, had to go back inside because we didn't get our full order, staff are unfriendly Never go here
First time EVER writing a review but this is the worst service I ever experienced in my life. Drinks are so diluted it?s... disgusting. Service is poor and they don?t even know the menu, they don?t know what they?re doing. I literally had to guide thegirl through doing my coffees. This Tim Hortons should sadly not be running, like at all. The service is TERRIBLE. I happen to live right beside it and have... seen a lot, from the clerk taking cash with gloves on and using those same gloves to make a sandwich to the store literallybeing out of everything but filtered coffee yet they are still open. Astonished that this place has not been shut down yet.People really need their Timmies fix, who ever owns/runs this joint should be grateful that they are in a good location,otherwise this place would have been gone a long time ago. Sadly... I will never come back to this Tim Hortons again. They never have the basic drinks I want (especially in the summer)... and always make a sad attempt at preparing something similar. Communication between clients and staff is terrible, especially atthe cash when ordering, they don't seem to understand what you are ordering either in French or English. Read more
One word describes this location, garbage. Picture this, it?s summertime and all you want is a nice cold beverage, and possibly... a donut (never mind your favourite). You?re told theres no cold brew coffee, no espresso, and the only donuts available are thereject ones. Time and time again this is the situation there. They are ill prepared for the season and legitimately throwingaway potential earnings for no reason. They are advertising passion fruit iced tea, its 12pm on a hot sunny Sunday and there?snone of that in stock. I?ve never had any issue with the workers there however it seems like gross negligence on behalf ofmanagement. It?s incredible how these establishments remain open. If I could give -100 stars I would. Staff is rude and doesn't speak french or English properly. Communication is horrible. The... food is never fresh, I have gotten rotten eggs in my wraps over 5 times. Coffee is always cold. Drinks are gross, they maketheir hot chocolates, lattes, French Vanillas and other drinks with water, when all that should be make with milk. They don'trespect their closing and opening hours. One of the worst Tim Hortons I've ever been to in my life. Read more
