I ordered 2 coffee and half a dozen of Boston cream donuts to go. I can't believe the coffee tasted like from yesterday and the... Boston cream donut has no cream inside or they're just being cheap. This is the only and worst Tim Hortons I've been to in allof Montreal. Now I know why so many bad reviews about this place. If I can give it 0 star I would. "AVOID THIS LOCATION. Staff prepares drinks and food with no mask during the biggest wave of COVID yet and in a red zone. Had to refuse the order and... leave. Went to McDonald, instead they were all wearing mask as required. Read more
Found the urge to share my positive feedback and experience after a small mistake in a drive through order. Manager answered... call and questions professionally and respectfully, then proceeded to resolution. Came back following day, and again the managermade the order with his own hands making sure everything was clear. Appreciate the help and also the support for his employeeson floor. Read more
