Be careful of the "Bonne Saint Jean!" Cups. I just bought a medium coffee the cup soften as paper and spilled hot coffee all... over my chest and legs while driven in the highway. Use your own cut to be safe. Read more
I don't recommend coming here. First of all, it's very busy on the weekend. The line for the drive-thru almost stretches to the... entrance of the premises. Combine that with queue inside, it will take alot of time. And secondly the bathrooms aredisgusting. The man's room sink was clogged and I heard comments about the ladies room floor flooded. The maintenance is veryneglected. Even gas stations bathrooms are better maintained. I would only order with the application and go. Just go for thedrinks and pastry. Not to stay. Read more
I go there 2-3 mornings every week between 8h and 10h in drive thru and the service is always fast, despite there being several... cars. And the food is 90% of the time very good and they do my special orders, one of the better tim hortons Read more
March 14th 2019 ( around 6pm ) : On my last visit, the entire place was "discusting" and full of garbage on the floor... and the... garbage cans were full as well with no one who though of emptying it ( I was on the line up for more then 7-10 min. ) Therewere 3 cash boots available but only 1 person was working with more then 6 people walking around ( not sure what they were doing). The rep ( a black young lady ) welcomed me "questionnably" with no smile... stared at me as if I was a "thief" orsomething...oh boy. No "hello" .. or "Hi Sir"... nada. Pityful. After I made the order, she didn't asked me if I wanted anythingelse. She just said " So it's a coffe and a donut right?" and made the order. Usually, someone who was properly trained shouldsay " Is there anything else you need sir?" which is the minimum you should know in customer service. But oh well. After shegave me my coffee and my donut, there was no " Thank you sir" or anything. A very "poor" customer services without mentionningthe "disgusting" floor and entire place badly administered by "sloppy" management I guess. I'd like to give a - 10 stars butthe lowest I can go is 1 star. Pityful. Read more
Overall the store looks in a good shape , the display was full With donuts and muffins , not a big choice of Timbits considering... we took the 50 box .. Cashier ( Counata) was a bit rude no hello no thanks during the whole transaction and she didn?t even giveus the 12 cups for the big coffee . It could be better Read more
Absolutely horrendous, went inside and had nothing ready at 5 am. So I ordered a BLT. 2 strips of bacon in my BLT, that's the... same amount you get in a breakfast sandwich. Did not have any chipotle sauce and then the employee was testing the potatopatties with his fingers, no gloves. A complete disaster. Also the cashiers will use gloves at the cash and then prepare foodwith the same gloves on. Read more
I normally went to this store for getting my coffee, and I saw the person probably the manager is yelling loudly at employees... and customers. This doesnt make sense at all. I hope he gets some communication sense or else actions should be taken . Read more
