Standard Tim Hortons in a gas station, service was a bit slow.
You?ll be hard pressed to find a worse run establishment. A few guesses as to why: tiny space with high demand, high turnover so... you?re always ordering from a trainee, and incompetent supply forecasting. You?ll love this place if you enjoy waiting in linefor 20 minutes, waiting another 10 for them to input your order only to have them inform you after all that wasted time thatthey don?t have any chicken left. Replace chicken with any ingredient, eggs, sausage, tortilla, bread, and it sums up my last 5or 6 desperate attempts. Do yourself a favour and walk another 5 minutes to any other food option. Worst experience I?ve ever had at Tim. Waited sooooo long, and got wrong order.
I ordered via mobile app 15 mins ahead. It wasn't ready when I arrived, and there was no other customers there. I politely asked... why and then I was verbally attacked by the supervisor. Sadly this wasn't an isolated incident at this location. The ownerreally needs to train staff better. Read more
Very inefficient staff, come here if you need stale, uncooked and rude staff. Staff will "demand" tip and throw food on your... face. Third time receiving the wrong order on a Friday. Payed for french vanilla and get black coffee instead, which costs less.
