I m giving the star for the very rude attitude of the girl who was working there. She has made the mistake and instead of... apology and correcting it she was arguing that it's what you have ordered. Lol Also asked me to check my order on the monitornext time before I'm paying. Maybe she has the point about this part as it was obvious she is very unprofessional and slow butto be honest I had no idea ordering just a cup of black tea would be this much complicated. Read more

The WORST experience. The girl taking order was very rude and didn?t know what quarter means. When I ask to make my coffee again... she starts to argue. If you don?t like your job, then leave. No one wants to see your unhappy faces. Read more

Some days the staff is very unfriendly, a cashier was rude and breathing heavily while doing my order even though I said... everything nicely and clearly, she didn?t understand french and got impatient, I usually don?t care about this but she shouldn?tbe acting rude because this is none of my business if she can?t understand, if i was an employee in Ontario and I get upset overa customer because I can?t understand English, is this normal? I was kind and she can ask politely to switch to another languageif she doesn?t understand, then they also made a mistake in my order. Never had these bad situations at this Tim before and I?ma bit disappointed because I go there regularly. But the food is very good for a fast breakfast. Read more

The card reader kept saying my correct PIN was invalid, making me walk to the bank on queen mary to miss my bus to go to school... to take out 5$ in cash for Canadian dollars, so I can pay. The cashier as well kept saying he doesn?t even know why my card isbeing declined, even though I had enough money. My order came to $2.52 in tax with the total, and I had 35.22$ in my bankaccount, making it even more than enough to make a purchase on my debit card. Yet, it kept getting denied. The card readers needto be changed, get a better one, like one from TD, they work better like Jean-Coutu on queen-Mary has them. Do better please. Myservice here was awful. And train your workers better, as my drink was hot, he never even put a sleeve on the cup, or offered meone even though I asked. The first time was my fault as I did the speed pass/tap card on the screen, but realized all of it wasin my savings, so I asked to try again but in my savings, and it didn?t work. 5 times I tried, 3 times my debit card didn?t workcuz I ?exceeded? the amount of PIN attempts I was allowed to have, and asked to try again, he refused and didn?t even listen towhat I was saying. After an already bad experience i decided i would give this location another try... Bad decision ofc... After stopping me in the... middle of my order 3 times to talk to an employee, the man at the cash decided to take a phone call and then proceeded to tellme he would pass another customer because i was taking too much time. At this point, the staff was so rude and unbothered ileft. My previous experience was a rude staff and barely any food on my plate while my pastery had no more icing on top fromadding too much honey to the icing mixture ( use to work at timmies so i know how its made) Anyhow, dont go there, literally goanywhere else. Workers are nice and friendly, however my order is usually wrong in some way. Eventually just stopped going to this location... because they can never get my order right. Read more

The worst customer service ever. Coffee was made wrong asked to replace instead of making the drink they made me for for it and... than made a new drink. They were arguing that they never made the drink wrong. Read more

In the last 15 years, I have been there 5 times and every time there is something wrong with my order. Today was my last time... going there for sure :/ Ordered one M black coffee that was burned, couldn't drink it. 3 of 12 donuts were overcooked(wrinkled), but you can't see it under all the decoration, only when you bite.
