Had very bad experience at this location. I ordered iced capp and the taste was very weird which tasted like there was some... cleaning chemical in it. When we complained to the server, without any apology she started wispering in her own language to hercoworker that we are liars. She denied to give her name as well as her managers. She don?t know how to behave with customers.Instead resolving this she ignored in front of 15 customers and we waited for 30 minutes for refund. We are not getting food forfree. She doesn?t deserve to work in customer relationship business. This happened on 24th September 2022 morning. The girl withspecs. We complained to the headquarters also we will be taking this to ministry of health and we hope they take this incidentas serious issue because this thing can cause someone?s life. Read more

**pls be polite with clients we are not getting food for free** girl with glass is very rude ???????? The girl at the front pls... fire her, I bought iced capp and it tasted like windex and my tongue started tingling. I went back to get new one and shestarted swearing in her language and had no name tag I asked for name a few times she did not provided me her name. She said shecannot give me her name. She kept on arguing that iced capp can not taste bad I asked for manager thr was no manager. Shedoesn?t know how to behave in front of client very cheap and rude. Iced Capp had definitely something that wasn?t supposed to bein it. I called head office and hopefully they will deal with this and they all should wear name tag while on shift. I never gotthe receipt this happened today Sep 24, 2022. **Short Girl was with glasses sorry to be personal but everyone need to know aboutmiserable service and environment of the place.** She taped my video and took pictures For refund she kept me wait for 30minutes she kept ignoring me stopped replying and started serving other clients. Please fire the girl working at the counter. We waited 10 minutes in front of the counter before she decided to show up and take... our order. She doesn?t speak either English or French so couldn?t even answer our questions. She even started to yell at mebecause she couldn?t understand and answer me. And she casually answered her phone while making my order, put her EarPod andstarted chatting on the phone in her language. What on Earth? Read more

Came to this tim Hortons to grab a quick bite , turns out they have literally nothing available . No croissants , no nutribowls... , donuts / Timbits . extremely disappointing. Avoid this tim Hortons at all cost . Read more

We came during opening hours and the employee said they were closed. He was very rude about it and completely ignored two other... customers (we told them it was closed). Later, while we were waiting to get served at Wendy's, they served two customers whoargued saying they were technically still open. Read more

Ordered my food, the girl clarified off they had that bagel, we paid for it for her to tell us that she doesn't have that... bagel. Asked for no lettuce or tomato. Both were on the sandwich, when I asked her to fix it, instead of making a new sandwich,she just removed them. Watched the baker just carelessly toss the goods into the tray. Very dissatisfied.
