This is the worst Tim Horton's I've ever been to. This place should be closed. It was well managed for many years,. but, the... last few years (even prior to Covid) it has not been a huge waste of space. Some mornings, it doesn't open on time. When itdoes, most mornings the doughnuts and other treats are not ready. Also, there is not enough staff in the early mornings for theamount of people and online orders that come in, so, people are waiting for a length of time. Customer service 0 Hygiene 0 Food presentation 1 I guess you need to lecture most of your employees about customer service. Your... staffs are too clumsy. You need to educate them more on what you selling to us. It?s either they serve you wrong order , stalefood ,something is missing Or putting what you didn?t request for into your food. Slow costumer service. Early in the morning and there is barely any goods displayed. Either they're still baking or all out.... This Tims used to be great and now it really sucks. It?s m?y lucky tim Horton after three tim Horton didn?t have the Nutella croissants finally this tim have it the service was... super fast snowing outside and I was graving Nutella croissant with coffee . It is a small tim Horton but I want to congratulatethe two employees at this time now , im having my croissant with coffee and I see how the line of people so long and both ofthem working hard and fast with a smile in them faces .
