Here?s your fave reviewer on Google! So me and my two friends went here for labour day breakfast and we ordered the new MAPLE... BLT. We are all starving, so this cashier, she?s petite white maybe eastern European, (yes needed to include that) we arevisible minority people here. Anyways we spoke english to her when we ordered, she seems very adamant in getting our order, wementioned 4x New MAPLE sandwich bagels, and she was like, I know. Ok so we let her do it. LONG STORY SHORT, She made a mistake,and she was like no you didnt say that, like what Maple 4x?? So we returned it and we said we will pay the difference. She waslike you didnt say BLT, we were like, its says NEW MAPLE SANDWICH, Anyhow, we were hungry and we dont want to eacalate we saidmake a new sandwich we?ll pay. She?s making faces and like whispering something. I got insulted. Atleast there?s (i dont reallyknow) if he is a supervisor or manager, he said its fine we?ll make a new one. So we thank him, now when we got the sandwiches,IT DOESNT HAVE ANY MAPLE! So yeah, we are all hungry and didnt want to make another complaint, we ate it and call it aday. Wise word: services and food are two different things, one could be good and one could be ok, but if the service and thefood were made wrong, We have to correct it. This store at Alexis Nihon really needs to get a proper staffing that speaks English and French and as well as understands both... languages. There are only Indians working there and they don?t understand when you speak to them. This is not only 1-2 staffsbut all of them unfortunately. Everytime I pass by this store they either have problems with my order or they cannot understandme. Last time I passed, I ordered 1 glacier au chocolat and 1 medium french vanilla and the girl couldn?t even understand whatis glacier au chocolat, she passed bacon cookie and today I went to have 1 French Vanilla and another girl gave me an IcedCoffee. Another time I passed by, I ordered a Crispy Chicken Sandwich and they gave me bacon. Thankfully I checked before eatingas I?m allergy to bacon and had to throw it away. When I went to tell the staffs there, they said they cannot do anything as Ialready paid for it in a very rude way. I asked for the new cilantro veggie wrap, the cashier put veggie wrap in the order but yet the sandwich lady still put chicken... in my wrap with jalapeños and it doesn?t come with that. Very disappointed and not coming back Read more

I got my double double coffee here today again and it was again not stirred, not hot and felt more like water. The coffee used... to be much better an year ago but nowadays, the coffee taste is degrading, and same with the food. May be because of themaintenance of the machines or the crew not making the food and drinks properly. Read more
This location is fine. Most customers can never figure out how or where to stand in a proper queue, this blocking the pathway... half of the time. And they seem to not have many items when ordering online with the app, despite the items being available intheir display rack. But whatever. Read more

It?s a Tim Hortons, although at this location; Tasty food, service at a decent speed, good tasting short espresso (for a chain... cafe) I hate to promote violence but sometimes the clients here or the servers are rude and you want to fight them.
