Awful experience I had early morningJuly 25th. Tried to pick up a coffee as usual before work. Got charged with extra something... I did not order, when I looked at the receipt it was too late I already tapped my card. I told the worker which was an Indianolder woman. She kept saying it was ok she would cancelled it and asked me to pay again for my coffee this time. I had to runfor my bus but it never got cancelled in my bank. The staff clearly all hate their lives but you don?t need to be throwing the coffees and teas at us with all of it spilling left... and right. The tiny brown kitchen lady is trying her best with her speed but she literally puts the wraps in paper and doesn?tmake the orders correctly Read more
Good, efficient workers - the lines move quick. And, most importantly, they've never gotten my annoying order wrong when I ask... for a large iced coffee, made with no cane syrup, 3 sweetener, half the creme, and half the ice. Yup. Read more
Not impressed.. it's a convenient stop when visiting someone at the hospital. I ordered a breakfast bagel and I said no cheese... more than once when I got to the hospital to give this treat it could not be eaten ...there was the cheap cheese plastered allover the bagel. The next time I visited..they dont even bother to cut the bagel in half anymore to make it easier to eat . Itlooked a mess and very unappetizing. I understand it's a quick stop but please serve people like they are humans. Read more
They are usually in a rush, but it is no excuse to get an order wrong. Over 1 month I have visited the location around 12 times... and 4 of the times the order was wrong. Also the quality control of the ingredients is off as they usually put lettuce that hasdark blemishes on it which should be thrown out. Disappointing and wont be going back anymore. Read more
Very conveniently located (Just outside Guy-Concordia metro). Plenty of space to sit and eat, despite its busy location, and... believe me it gets very busy, what with being next to a university and metro. But service is timely, if a bit delayed (no morethan other Tim's I've visited) and it's nice enough to make you want to sit and enjoy. Also, the food is good. Which helps :) Read more
Worst experience ever! We were only 3 customers, no one was rushing them, but the lady with blonde hair and dark lipstick... clearly hates her job. I would give 0 stars to this place. Read more
