Worst Tim Hortons ever. The staff can?t get an order right, the exterior is disgustingly dirty and smelly, the donuts and... timbits are never fresh. Very slow service, lineups are horrible. This Tim Hortons was the smallest I?ve ever been to, nestled in the back of the gas station store. It really is the size of a... large walk-in closet! The staff was excellent, and the food was great. The only trouble that I had was they had difficultyfulfilling the online order I had placed. There is currently no way for Tim Hortons staff to indicate on the app when certainitems are unavailable. However, when I went in to pick it up, they were more than accommodating and got me on my way quickly. Read more
every single time i go to that tims they get the order wrong?a simple natural bagel with cream cheese, butter and bacon?.burnt... bagel, an inch of cream cheese and raw bacon. I nicely asked the worker if she could remake it and she did but the bagel was thesame as it was when it was fisrt handed to me. Honestly how hard can it be to work ar tims and fk up every order? I've been here a couple hundred times and this morning was the worst I've ever experienced. I ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches,... which were good. But the drinks were ????. I ordered an orange pekoe tea with 3 milk.... it was a tea and coffee mixedtogether. My 2nd drink was an iced coffee. They added 3 shots of peppermint syrup... tasted like liquid toothpaste ???? This one star is for 2 wraps ordered early today. They did not do what the name mean, instead they packed everything in the wrap... box, it was a real mess, as soon as I opened the inside fell down. Definetely think that they should be re-trained how to wrap awrap???? Read more
Good crispy chicken wraps, service and menu items. The Coffee is still the best in Canada.
