This is one of the dirtiest establishments I've ever been to. We first noticed the garbage spilling from the cans outside. When... we went inside, it was the same thing. The floors and walls were filthy, the counters were sticky. It took us forever to even beserved (there wer3 maybe 1-2 people in the drive-thru and all 4-5 employees were gathered together in the back, my boyfriend hadto ask someone to come see us. I ordered a breakfast sandwich with sausage & bacon and when I got home I realized he only addedthe bacon even though he charged me for the sausage as well. I also ordered 10 timbits, I received 8. The ice cap was ok. Myboyfriends bagel was stale and the cream cheese was smeared all over the wrapper as well. There were even clumps of hair on thefloor. The men's bathroomd had feces on the walls. I give this 0/10. Awful service, and SO filthy. I'll never go there again.Definitely a health hazard. Read more

Service, most of the time, is deathly slow. There was a bug in my salad bowl. On top of that the 3 pieces of lettuce (my salad... :/) were wilted. Read more

Went there by foot, only to learn when I arrived that there is no dine-in, only drive-through even though it clearly states... online that there is dine-in. It feels like the absolute bare minimum to update the online page so people don't waste theirtime. Read more

Probably the worst Tim Horton's I've been. I travel a lot for work and I probably go to Tim Horton's more than I should. This... particular one, the service on the weekend and particularly today (which is not the same crew as usual) have the rudestemployees and an assistant manager who doesn't really care about customer service. We ordered 2 coffees at the drivethru andbecause we had forgotten to mention the size, an employee (woman) yeld at us : "QUELLE GRANDEUR", as if we made her job morecomplicated. But then, cherry on top, she forgot to close her microphone and she said : Wow, it's hard to mention the size (infrench). It was so disrespectful, I had to come out and go inside to speak with the manager. Obviously, only the assistantmanager was there. No one was in front. All employees where in the back. It took about 4 minutes before someone actually showedup to talk to me ( they didn't know at that moment that I wanted to complain) Then, when the assistant manager came to me, shelitterally said: well if you're unhappy just go to Tim Horton's website and file a complaint with a "I don't give a ****"attitude. All she could have done is appologize and ask me if there was anything she could do to fix the situation. I was veryunhappy but I kept my calm and left the restaurant. Went in for a breakfast sandwich at 6:15am, door is locked. Walked over to the drive window and ordered but they didn't have any... eggs ready. But they were all chatting in a group instead of preparing for the breakfast rush.. I'd give ZERO stars but I can't Read more

The store itself is never opened. Talked to the manager on the 19th of august at 6:15 am to ask why the dining area is always... closed. Manager said they were low staff (counted 7 employees off the top of my head) and covid reasons despite half the staffand the manager not wearing masks! On top of that, it's a 2 lane drive in, yet one is always closed. Bad staff and badmanagement. Avoid at all costs. Read more

Whwn you go by car to get toasts and get home to this... I would not pay for that... Beware edit - 2019-02-05 - > Went back... last weekend to try it out again. Toasts were ok, although there was butter only on about 30% of the toast, so on that front,not much improvement.
