Don?t waste your time and money! This branch of Yeh is not like the others. For one thing we wanted to try the flavours, but the... girl at the cash sad that the owner doesn?t allow it! Also, it does not have the melted milk chocolate or the melted whitechocolate like the other branches do. The Chinese lady at the cash kept insisting that the caramel sauce was white chocolate! Ikept showing her that the colour is Caramell and it tasted like caramel and it?s not white chocolate, but she kept insistingthat it is! I also know why she didn?t want us to sample the flavours. The salted caramel flavour had gone bad and wascompletely sour! My daughter also had tried two flavours; the passion fruit didn?t taste anything like passion fruit and theregular plain frozen yoghurt had also gone bad and tasted sour! When I called the branch to tell her about our experience andask whether I could speak with the owner, she said that the owner does not want to hear from customers and would not give mehis name or when he would be available! Initially she asked me to go back and choose other flavours (there weren?t any flavoursleft that we liked as most of them had gone bad ) and when I insisted that I wanted to speak with the owner she got angry andhung up on me! She was acting as a gatekeeper between the customers and the owner. She was treating the customers extremelypoorly (as she did with us) and was blaming the owner, saying he didn?t want to hear about the complaints. Take my advice anddon?t waste your time and money there! Not far from there is the branch on Monkland (close to Decarie) which is fantastic! Youcan sample their flavours and I have never had frozen yoghurt that had gone bad there before! My daughter and I love Yeh?sfrozen yogurt, but the Westmount branch lost our business. Read more

I appreciate the "self serve" model of this place. However, during covid, with a big sign that says "full service mandatory", I... don't understand how they would ask ppl to self serve. Until way past covid, this place lost my business. Read more

My child's favorite treat! Great Fro-Yo with toppings, except they took away the fresh fruit.

Was not very optimistic about bubbletea outside of Asian teashops but I was pleasantly surprised. I've only tried winter melon... with herbal jelly so far. I'm willing to try others. Read more

Soooooooo expensive for a frozen yogurt joint. They charge more per 100gs than any other place I have been. Half a cup is over... $7. A family of 4 with a heavy hand can easily spend $40. Read more

Great frozen yogurt. The self serve concept is fun but be careful, it's very easy to get stuck paying much more than you... bargained for if you overdo it on the toppings. Do wish there was more sitting room though. Read more
