Every time I give my order to this lady whom I think is the manager at the drive-thru she always gives me the wrong order! Not... once but three times within the last six months and completely reads back my order at the window to make sure it's correct. SoI get to work look in my bag and the what I ordered. Does she not speak English, this women shouldn't be working the drive thruanymore and needs some serious training there. It's no wonder their are no vehicles in the drive thru line there. Very bright, incandescent lighting in the restaurant. Right off Foothill and the 2 it's convenient and easy to get in and out... off. The drive-thru rarely has much of a line. As far as fast food options in the area go, this is usually the spot I choose.The impossible whopper is surprisingly good and has become my go-to meal. Read more
This place appears to be closed at 8pm on a Monday evening, even though business hour shows closing at 10. Eight of us visited... here to have some desserts shakes and coffee. When we open the door they were busy cleaning the place like end of the night butthey said that they are open. We ordered some shakes but we were told that they are cleaning the softserve machine and it isshut down for the evening. We ordered coffee and was told that they don't have any. So I asked if they can brew some and theydid. We asked to use the bathroom and we were told that the restroom was cleaned and is closed for the night. The restroom andthe hall way lights were turned off from the circuit braker. I asked again what they meant by closed for the evening. They toldus that once they clean the restroom it will not open till the next day. I had to tell them that is agaist the health law andfinally they let us used the bathroom. I had to ask them to turn on the lights. Wow! is this for real? Who owns this place? Ieven call the corporate and they tell me that that is a confidential information and they can't tell me. I would like to let thefranchisee know what's goin on with their store. The whole time that we were there drinking coffee and tea, they were moppingthe floor with some very storng chemicals so we couldn't stay. Read more
They got my order incorrectly. I went back to correct it. They were suspicious at first, but then the manager remembered my... face. I handed them the receipt and the manager told them to fix it by redoing the whole order again. The second time there wasbearly any beacon on my ultimate breakfast sandwich. Read more
