Absolutely horrible experience with Jennifer who is apparently the supervisor. My friends and I were waiting in line and there... was a gentleman in front of us ordering. He then got out of line and we thought it was our turn since we did not see Jennifer onthe other side. Apparently, she was in line first and when my friend and I walked to the front of the line she yelled at me andsaid "THERES A LINE!!! YOURE SUPPOSED TO GO AROUND!!!" And jumped in front of my friend and I to order. Also gave horribleattitude and a stank face. Not to mention there was no one else in line. First of all, what supervisor yells atcustomers?? Rude. Second of all, if you're the supervisor why are you even waiting in line? Just order the drink yourself. Itwas then our time to order and I asked the employee ringing us up what her deal was he replied, "she's having a long day" lol. Ithen asked for him for her name and what her position there was. I have never been yelled at by an employee before yet alone asupervisor. If you want to deal with a rude employee that seems like she hates her job stop by here to get yelled at. We cameon a Sunday at around 3ish avoid that time. Read more
I didn?t catch her name, but I noticed this when I got to my car. Thank you to the barista who showed kindness & empathy. Little... acts of kindness like this truly makes an impact to those having a rough time. Idk how she knew I needed this but wow what anincredible person. Thank you. Read more

This is my favorite Starbucks to go to! The baristas are always so friendly and my coffee always tastes so good! I love the... location of it as it?s right in the middle of downtown Montrose! Highly recommend :) Read more

Had a great experience here! I was welcomed when I entered, the line moved quickly, and the staff was really nice. The drinks... came out correctly and tasted great. There was some care put into it. It was also nice to hear the staff address their regularsto make them feel at home by knowing their order and quick small talk. Read more
