Came to this location for the first time, great service! I was helped by a very friendly woman. However I was shocked to see... that tipping on the card machine was not available?!? Other locations have this option and I think it?s really awful that it?snot an option. I?m sure the staff is losing out on many tips because of this. These place has two toasters and it's been two weeks that none of them work. I wonder why they don't fix it or get a new one.
II went in to buy a sandwich they prepared it for me and when I wanted to ask to have it toasted, the machine did not workand I... asked the employee why she did not tell me before or why she did not have a paper explaining that the toaster did not work ,ok Ibought the sandwich but right now I'm eating it, because it doesn't taste goodand the bad thing is that I thought that at leastif it was good . Have always liked this subway. Consistently good service with good prices. As far as fast food joints go, the taste and quality... is ok. However this subway is one of the better locations I have been at. Always clean inside and air conditioned. Read more
I placed my order online so I wouldnt have to wait. When I got there the girl behind the counter was making my order and there... was a couple waiting ahead of me. I felt so bad for the employee having to do online orders PLUS walk in orders all byherself. NOT COOL. Your lucky she hasn't quit. Please get some more help Read more
The food is usually made right (I do app orders) but the staff is pretty sassy... They don't even fake it with an "excuse me"... ... they'll all simultaneously say "WHAT" if you ask them ANYTHING! They used to have a sweet manager a cpl years ago but sinceshe left, they're constantly unfriendly. It's like they only hire the same, clone, rude personality over and over.
