So nice to finally get to be in the store (wasn't able to two years ago due to COVID). Nitro was delicious, cookie solid, and... service wonderful. Can't wait to grind their beans back home in Kansas City. Read more

Great little coffee roaster with a coffee shop inside. The coffee here takes time so don't expect it quickly but it's worth the... wait. The teas here are also great and brewed to perfection also. Not a whole lot in the way of food here but that's not reallywhat they are going for. If you have some time I'd go check it out. Read more

Passed through this town while hiking/traveling. Me the owner and an amazing barista. Both mean we're kind, helpful, and knew... their products inside and out. My husband has many questions about their roasting process and both were happy to share someknowledge. Also, my chai was maybe the best, smoothest, perfectly frothed latte I've had all year. The best coffee shop I've ever been to; their vanilla latte is to die for... The espresso has a very nice taste; not too... bitter. I would highly recommend this place especially for the coffee lovers. Read more

Before I came to Montrose, I was drinking coffee with lots of French Vanilla creamer :( Eric opened my eyes to how amazing... coffee can be on it's own and I'm now hooked! I first experienced the "Tuma Tesso #4" from Ethiopia which blew my mind to howmuch flavor could be experienced in a cup of coffee! Then the "Fernando" was the complete opposite with a butter smooth finishthat has become my go to morning coffee! These were my first "pour over" coffees and now I don't drink them any other way. Ohand did I mention he actually roasts everything in house? So you can't get these coffee's anywhere else! If you are a truecoffee drinker and want to experience some of the best coffee in the western United States, it's right here at Cimarron CoffeeRoasters in Montrose. Read more

Highly recommend coming here if you're in the area. Brick walls and artisanal, well-chosen coffees make this place a nice, warm... getaway from the cold. Me and my wife chatted with the owner and he had a wealth of knowledge that made the coffee we weredrinking that much more enjoyable. Feel free to ask questions, he seemed very happy to share! Covid-wise: masks are requiredwhen walking around/ordering, tables are spaced out at a safe distance, and you're not required to wear a mask while sittingdown. Few tables are open due to the need to be spaced apart. Read more
