I've liked this place in the past but I agree with some other reviewers that the quality has gone down. For example, I paid for... chicken in my salad but didn't receive it. I've had other ingredients missing, brown lettuce, and (most annoying to me), notenough dressing to even notice it's there even when I ask for "extra heavy dressing." I'm not sure how else I could say it: Iwant a lot of dressing! Anyway, for the price, this place is simply not worth it anymore. Read more
Chopt is great however every single time I order delivery my order is wrong. Today they added bacon and I don't eat pork so I... had to throw it away. Hopefully they can sort out their back end issues soon. Read more
The salads here are great except almost every time that my co-workers and I order lunch here, multiple pricey extras are missing... from our order. They seriously need to improve their quality control and I HIGHLY suggest anyone that orders from here checktheir order before they leave. Read more

I?m confused. Where did all the ingredients I paid for go? It was almost completely leafy greens with barely any toppings. Did... some other poor customer open their bag just to find a bowl completely filled to the brim with carrots and crispy wontons? It?sbad enough that everything is chopped so finely (I guess it?s in the name) in a quantity that can be counted on one hand, but itwas completely missing things that I paid extra for. Another one of the salads I ordered only requested three types of toppings.You would think that would mean you at least get a generous amount of those three, but you would actually be wrong. The picturesput up by the restaurant are comically misleading. The quality of the ingredients wasn?t bad, so I made this two stars, butthat?s the only good thing I could say. I can?t believe I paid $17 for a single salad and it was missing half of what I paidfor. Apologizing in the comments is nice and all, but it doesn?t look like anything is actually changing due to it. Ordered a salad with 5 ingredients for delivery, and ended up paying almost $28 (doordash) for a bowl of lettuce. No goat cheese... at all, 3 pieces of broccoli the size of my thumbnail, 3 grape tomatoes sliced in half, and 9, yes 9, kernels of corn. Mixed itup to see if maybe everything was at the bottom, but nope, nothing there. I don't even care about the money, but how do you sendan order like this out to a customer? Read more
