The food is ok , the manager is a sob that doesn't appreciate the amount of times they have screwed my order up , been really... late ,impartial orders, or went to the wrong house and I accepted it without throwing a fit or asking for money off, and Istill tipped driver well. This last time I ordered and was waiting over a hr for my food I call to see what happened to my food. They say they already come through and no one answered the door (if he even did ) . So now I can't use my tip money to buyfood for my family only card. I guess loyalty to a small business like this isn't worth anything. Call sorrento in pearl riverthey have better food , just no Gatorade which was why I went to francos in the first place. Read more

Was lied to, never got my food even after I paid by card. I called an hour and 20 minutes later and was told something about it... got really busy and they were sorry. Sorry doesnt work with a pregnant wife and child who wanted pizza. Busy isn't my problemwhen I order by phone. Heard it was supposed to be good. I'll never find out cause I won't ever go there again 100 places toorder from. I know they don't care its just one customer. I say stay away from this one. 5-star food, 5-star staff, 4.5 star ambience. This is a great spot for a slice of pizza. My wife got the grandma slice which she... loved. I got a slice of plain and pepperoni, both were great. Everybody working there was friendly. Next time I'm in MontvaleI'm going to swing by again. Read more
I've ordered food from here at least 100 times in the past 2 years since moving to River Vale NJ. One of my favorites is sauteed... spinach w/garlic. I order a side of spinach along with pizza and use the spinach as a topping. You have to order themseparately, they make the spinach fresh (not frozen like most) , put some on your cheese pizza and enjoy. Btw cheese steak andchicken parm hero are made just right. Love the quality at Franco’s. It can sometimes get a little chaotic there and always worth it. My son is lactose intolerant... and was saddened by this recent discovery. Franco’s has great sauce and awesome crust so the cheese less pizza has saved theday. So delicious when you can’t have cheese. First time order....will be the last time. Ordered XCheese and the cheese slid all over the pie. Impossible to fold the pizza.... Dough was soggy. Legit soggy. Tried to salvage and put some slices in oven....some in frying pan......and bad pizza is badpizza. Could not get the crisp crusty. Read more
