I would give this 0 stars if I could, But I cant. Very disappointed at how I was treated. The other night I brought my mother... and my son in to get some ice cream. When I ordered, the server rushed me through my order, ordered me down to the end of theline, and when my order was incorrect(just missing a topping for my son) the server rolled her eyes at me and said with a lot ofattitude that she'd be right back. And after all that attitude, had the audacity to ask me to tip her. I did, because I know shedoesn't get paid enough, and it's polite. But I just needed to explain my frustrations at the attitude. I didn't really show myfrustrations, because I didn't want to upset her further. Ben & Jerry's is a good business but I'd like to see this employeepunished. Ice cream was good. Small edit- I came back later in the night to speak to a manager about my disgruntles, and wastold "Well, I am the manager, so if you had a problem with your service you can talk to me" --again with a lot of attitude.Thanks for reading, and hope a change is made. Wonderful service! I ordered a sundae and the person that was helping us made it look just like a picture. They were super... helpful and knowledgeable about all the flavors. I would rate this a 0, but that?s not possible, so I give it a 1. This whole process was extremely unorganized and frustrating.... A worker took my order and after waiting at least 5 minutes and watching numerous customers receiving what they ordered, I wasstill waiting. And to find out, the worker that took my order never even made my milkshake. Not to mention, there were plenty ofworkers and many people not being helped. Finally I was given my milkshake and was told I did not have to pay due to the waitingand inconvenience. Then a worker even came out and said one of us did not pay when we all had payed. We left and we?re walkingus the stairs when that same worker followed us through the whole place and taps on my friends shoulder and accuses us of stillnot paying for a $5 ice cream. She then proceeds to make them go back and pay for their order when they already had. She askedfor their card to check if the transaction went through but instead just payed for the order again with their card and we evensaw her add her own tip. We were very unsatisfied with the service but the milkshake was bussin. Read more

Had a nice cone here that was a mix of their Mint Chocolate chunk and the new Cannoli flavor in a cone. Both worked quite well... together and service was lightning fast. The staff is quite courteous and friendly. If you're looking for ice cream at MoheganSun you've found the right place! Read more
