Customer service was appalling. They didn?t say my pleasure after I said thank you 3 separate times. I don?t come to Chick fil a... for the food, I come to hear the simple two words ?My Pleaser.? We went on a Thursday afternoon, not a long line. We ordered - spicy chicken deluxe meal, - chicken deluxe meal, 2 ice cream... cups for the kids. -This was our first time trying Chick-fil-A. Maybe it was the location, but this was not good at all. -Thesandwiches were lukewarm. The waffle fries, were not crispy, appeared to be undercooked. -They need to replace the seatingbooths inside this establishment, they are ripped! -The employees seemed like they couldn't wait to get out of there. -Had toaddress an employee who was sweeping around the customers and not saying excuse me. We went this past saturday, the casino was PACKED (as expected). Waited about 20 min in line before getting close enough to see... signs everywhere stating this location is only serving combos # 1-3 (reg chkn sandwich, spicy chicken sandwich and/or nuggets)and literally THATS IT. You cannot order ANY milkshakes, frosted lemonade, fruit, wraps and grilled chicken ANYTHING. ABSOLUTELYDISAPPOINTING! Funny thing is though, we went about a week and a half prior (not on a weekend, nowhere near as packed)...and theentire menu WAS available. It really makes me wonder if they only did that to make it easier on themselves. Its patheticactually that they have pictures decorating the place with all these items they wont serve you. ???? There aren't many Chick-fil-A's in NY, so finding one in CT was amazing. Food was delicious and definitely lives up to the hype.... Remember to request the Chick-fil-A sauce! *I needed to amend my review due to this locations inability to open during theposted hours. Either corporate or Mohegan should fix the times listed on the website. **Needed to update my review againbecause it looks like someone took a piece of biscuit off my breakfast sandwich. Forgot about me after I ordered. They accidentally did some mumbo and dropped me out of the system. I waited 20minutes before... the manager realized I've been sitting for a while.
