Ordered one hot and one cold sandwich. It took about 35 minutes for the hot sandwich, the cold one never got made. I had to... wait 15 more minutes to get that one made. As far as quality goes, the $9 steak and cheese was scrawny, not worth the money. Iwon't be returning to this Jersey Mike's. Read more
I went in for a sub and as there making it i get to the veggie station and the employee was so rude just because i asked her to... not put too much lettuce. She instantly says well I don?t know how to put the amount you want it would be easier if u came overhere and did it yourself. In those exact words. Yesterday I decided to treat my daughter and myself to a Jersey Mikes sub. My first time visiting the Groton Ct store or any of... them for that matter anyway the young girl behind the counter was very friendly and explained how to order I got 2 medium coldsubs .the quality of the meat appeared to be the same as a grocery store deli nothing really special for the price I had atleast expected the turkey to be like fresh oven roasted but it wasn?t I feel that it really feels like a glorified Subway . Veryskimpy on the tomatoes ???? and lettuce ???? Went one of the local locations and was VERY disappointed. The music was so loud you couldnt here the employees talking to you.... When asked to repeat themselves they had attitudes. The prices are absolutely insane for the quality of the food. And choicesare limited. Meat did taste better than than the other sub place but that would be the only positive here. Very bad experience yesterday. I went 45 minutes before closing time. I asked for giant steak and cheese. I was told that they... were not making me a steak and cheese because they about to close. They told me if I wanted a a sandwich it had to be a coldsandwich. I asked again why they say they are short of staff. I asked him not one person can make me a steak giant grinder outof 4 people 4 members working at the time and the employee was very rude and said no we can't.
