Left out half my order. Seriously upset family. Closed in between ordering at the drive thru and being able to get my food and... walk back in to tell them it wasn't all there. Doors locked. Would not pee on this place to save an employee if it was burningto the ground. Terrible customer service from employees and management. Hope you all have a terribly impoverished holidayseason. One of the best burgers in the business, but I only got 3 horseradish sauce. So 3 stars for 3 horsies.
Very clean and very friendly staff. My order was done almost before I finished ordering. Plenty of parking and a relatively new... facility. I highly recommend this Arby's restaurant! Read more
7/3/22- About average for an Arby's. We stopped in to wait out a ran storm at the truck stop this place is attached to. I have... noticed in general that the chicken salad sandwiches are dry at Arby's and nor just the fault of this location. I think thebread they use is just too dry and thick. Worst Arby?s we?ve been to. Drive thru guy was pleasant, but our food took 10 minutes (we were the only ones in line), buffalo... sliders were ice cold, and the med wrap barely had any filling. Food wasn?t made with love :/ on top of all that, they charge a2.5% Public Improvement fee Read more
This is by far the best Arby?s I have ever been to!! They understood the assignment. I was here right before 5:00pm on 5/9/2022... and everyone who was working deserves a raise! These mozzarella sticks were straight fire, 10/10 cheesy af and not stiff. Alsoasked for extra crispy curly fries and they did not disappoint nor hesitate to make them. Love these people! Read more
Ordered mozzarella sticks and received no marinara sauce. I mean, really?! It's in the picture of the mozzarella sticks on the... menu Also asked for 3 pepper sauce in addition to the marinara and didn't receive it either. I went thru the drive thru orwould've gone back, but just not worth it. Your job isn't that hard, people. Get your stuff together and stop acting likeentitled little pieces of you know what. Robots could and would do a much better job. No wonder robots are putting you peopleout of work. $36 for an $8 experience. Awful. Read more
