First time there and it was my wife birthday. Soon as you walk in the greet you properly if it a wait time it's on time they... send to your seats and the waitress explains the menu great gave our food on time and no complaints about the food it was greatmy compliments to the chefs back there excellent job also they gave my wife a birthday cheesecake for her birthday. When we got there we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes before a hostess came to greet us. A server came and asked if we had been... helped and then said she would try to find a hostess but there was nothing she could do to help us. We were finally seated andwaited another 10 minutes or so before anyone asked us what we wanted to drink. We should have left at that point because wecould tell that it wasn?t going to be a pleasant experience. The people sitting behind us had ordered a meal for a large familyand then we?re told they couldn?t use their gift card because the machine wasn?t taking the gift cards at that time. I orderedmy steak medium rare and it came out pretty rare. My husband ordered the salmon and shrimp. The salmon was very fishy tastingand the shrimp was almost too spicy to eat. I took my daughter to the bathroom and almost threw up. One bathroom could not evenbe used it didn?t look like it had been swept or mopped in months. It was like using the restroom in a bad gas station. Ourserver was nice but only was serving two tables yet rarely came back to help us. On The way out there were two people standingat the front door that were both hostess and neither of them said thank you come again. My husband actually looked at both ofthem and said thank you come again to be sarcastic. This was not a staff shortage issue, this was a not want to work issue andpoor management issue. Read more
Like the family atmosphere of the restaurant, staff was cortious and friendly, my waitress was good. I think they can work on... the presentation of the food, to make it look better, not that it was bad, it can be improved, food was good and the warm rollswere delicious!! Read more

Courtney is one of the best general managers I have ever seen or worked with. I came back home to visit Alabama and stopped and... ate at this location. It amazes me how well this store runs. The food was AWESOME. this pic of my cheeseburger needs to be onthe menu. Pride and passion shine through with Courtney and her team. I'll just let the pic of the cheeseburger speak for howgood she is....mind blown. Miss you Courtney! You are an amazing person and Logan's should take notes on how you get it done! Read more
One of my favorite places for a good steak. 9/10 the people are nice and friendly and service is quick. Food is always cooked... perfectly and tastes amazing. And all for a decent price! Love visiting here. Read more
Zero stars. We will not eat here again. The server talked bad about the bbq baked beans that I wanted to try so I switched to... green beans, they were ok, but I've had better. My spouse order a steak - medium, it came out well done. I told the server andshe offered to have a new one made or talk to the manager. He said he would try to eat it.. (were afraid if you complain and getnew food, that the food will get messed with)... he wasn't able to eat it Both of our ribs were difficult to eat, mine weremainly fat. My shredded pork was like jerk, couldn't eat it. Once we said something about the food, our server pretty muchstopped serving us. She walked by our table 4-5 times waiting on the tables around us. Our drinks were empty. We did talk to amanager. We were told that the steaks come frozen, there not fresh and they don't get to pick the cut. The pork is shredded andsit there and dries out, the cook is supposed to mix it around so the dried parts aren't all clumped together. To top it off,the food wasn't even hot. I left my phone in the hotel so I don't have pictures of the food. Won't make that mistake again. Idon't like leaving bad reviews, but it was one of the worst dining experiences we have ever had. The manager did comp a portionof the check. That was greatly appreciated. Read more
