Some sonics are pretty good and others ain't. This one ain't, in several ways. The store layout is weird and not really... inviting. Dining in doesn't seem to be intended. I've gotten a few different burritos and some corn dogs cause that's my thingand the corn dogs were okay cause you can't f up a corn dog. But the burritos are always a disappointment and I wonder if theperson preparing it would serve it to themselves and I know the answer is no. Don't expect meat. Expect lots of wet toppingsand condiments that are cold. Jalapeno peppers are an ingredient on one of my favorites. You ever wondered how many cold pepperscan be put in a burrito? Read more
Just went thru the drive thru this was what I was given for the "chicken sandwich"
Horrible experiance the blonde headed lady working evening shift was so rude! She messed my order up then proceeded to say well... I'm not fixing it with the most snobby attitude also while screaming fu*k this place! Then when I said "mam it's your fault theorder is messed up" I was then told to leave the property. 3 stars is being generous. We started going here after our closer sonic closed. Food is good for fast food with a 89 health... score. Be prepared to wait! I have never sat in a drivethru for 20 min to then place a mobile order because they were takingorders and preparing their food 1 car at a time. To then wait 30+ more minutes for my mobile order. There is zero leadership orwork ethic at this location. Read more
Ordered on the app Saturday night at 9:00pm (pick up at 9:40pm) App stated store closes at 10:30 and drove 25 minutes to this... location due to the Sonic in Trussville closing early. Arrived and noone was in the store, no way to get a refund withoutcalling. Expect to be disappointed when going to this store. Read more
Sorry service Asked for well done and well it was already cooked not hardly above room temperature. Sad service, cold food and... when I asked about well done order I was told its well done. I asked for a courtesy cup with catsup and mustard in it I was toldthey cant do that but they could give me a cup for me to tear open 10 packets each of catsup and mustard to put in cup when itsso much quicker just to put some in the cup from the squeeze bottles. I have to admit there real consistant on serving alreadycooked food to costumers, dont even try cooked fresh I think they think its a joke. They even hollered at us for not cleaningoff our table as we were leaving when I get good food hot food cooked as I asked for and what I wanted I will do my part aswell. Read more
First time using drive through and was very pleased. Arrived at 9:30 am and was advised they serve breakfast and lunch all day.... Ordered a dbl cheeseburger with Tots. Both were served hot and very fresh with less than 4 min wait time. Burger was hot andjuicy and really tasty. Never been a huge Sonic fan, but this location probably just changed my mind on that. They always have our order ready. One woman, I swear lives there. She's an awesome hard worker. We always appreciate the effort... they give to customers even when they are stressed and there is a long line waiting. Burgers and fries are always fresh!! Read more
