Worst Zaxby?s I?ve been to. Got a kids meal and the box wasn?t full. Then the guy inside stated the box is weighed and that?s... how many fries I was supposed to get (12). Then the so called store manager stated the same thing and I?m sure you weren?tsupposed to weigh the box. It?s probably 3 ounces with the box. Ordered online for pickup. Ordered nibbles wimpy and there was no sauce at all. Ordered the cheese bites and they didn?t come... with marinara. The biggest complaint we have is the guys with the man bun and the 2 guys with large curly black hair not havinga hair net and touching there hair with gloves on. Read more

Waited 20 mins in the drive thru for chicken while they served others. Garbage service, I had to go in and remind them for the... food. God forbid they have chicken ready at 5pm. It?s like Taco Bell with no tacos for people. Got home and half the order wascold, SMH. Read more

I went through the drive thru 8/22/22, the young lady at the window around 1:30 was so sweet!! (on the receipt it said donna?)... She had great manners! Just left the drive thru. Workers were very fast and friendly. However my order was completely wrong. It seemed as if I had been... given what was prepared at the time instead of making fresh. I ordered wings and things with fried pickles and a sweet tea andtwo extra sauces. I got an unsweetened tea, fried mozzarella bites, and no extra sauce. The w&t meat was correct but completelycold and the amount of fries were not the usual amount. I would have brought this to the teams attention at the time but I drovehome before opening my meal. I love zaxbys and seeing the fried pickles were back I was very excited. At 35 weeks pregnant it?snot always easy to leave the house and I didn?t drive back because I am just too hungry to wait. I just ask the team to be alittle more cautious when bagging and preparing food in the future. For almost $20 just on one persons meal, it sucks when itisn?t worth it. Read more
