Staff, service, and food are great. The whole experience was exactly what you expect when you have lunch at a sheetz... EXCEPT... the kitchen has these beeping alarms going off near constantly. I'm trying to sit inside and enjoy a meal on my break and talkto my coworkers and all I can hear are these horrific beeping noises. It's soooo damn loud and endless. I can't imagineeating in there again. Honestly I feel bad for the staff. Management/IT/owners -. Fix that please. No one should have tolisten to that beeping all the time. Put in order for food and drink at 515am, was maybe 4 people in place Guy at food station put out quick Lady at drinks wasn't... doing her job I waited that I went to cashier and asked if was going to get my order She went over and heard her call 3 onlineorders, so i expect mine to be soon, then see her just wondering around Go up to cashier and said guess I'm not getting my orderand wanted a refund She was asked bout not making it and heard her say she made all the online orders and if I didn't get itsomeone else took it I said mine was not online and I was sitting right near entire time that she didn't make it Just good thingI wasn't on my way to work Read more
Ugh Sheetz?. I?ve never been disappointed.. decided to stop at this location on the way home from the airport. You forgot... something on my nachos. The NACHO CHEESE ??????????? ???? Ordered from this Sheetz via Uber eats. My food came sealed in the bag as usual with Uber eats. I had got a chicken wrap again... completely rolled and wrapped up with a sticker to hold it sealed together. I opened it up to find a live fly crawling aroundthe wrap. Absolutely disgusted. This is one of the busiest Sheetz in the area. At times there can be a wait for orders. Staff will try to alert customers how... long the wait will be. The staff has always been friendly and helpful when I've been there. They are very hardworking too! Gaspumps are easily accessible and spaced out well. Bathrooms have always been clean when I've been there. Kudos to the staff here. Read more
