I waited 50 minutes for them to open because they open at 11:00 a.m. instead of 10:00 p.m. only for them to close for the day... due to no staff for whatever reason what the heck I just started coming to this place love it as there is no location inOKC,Bethany or Warr Acres I would definitely call and head next time I'll stay the night and more just so I can wake up to go toBahama Buck's in the morning and couldn't get it going back to OKC to my smoothie King since they are open I guess the inflationand people not want to go back to work it's hard for businesses to staff up as well away the supple chain of things Read more
Employees are rude. We walked in at 2:52 doors was unlocked Employee yelled and said lobby is closed and doesn't open till 3:00.... I said okay that's fine we can wait. She said no you can't wait in here. Only 7 mins till 3. They say they are understaffed butyet you have 5 Employees who are rude as hell. About us waiting till 3 for order. Love these snowcones from this place. Sometimes I put ice cream scoop at bottom and it makes it more delicious. Definitely try... out this place if you haven't already. Best snow cones around. Highly recommend. Read more

Horrible experience! I brought my daughter?s here as a reward not knowing it was ?free snow day?. They unfortunately picked... here. I had the intention of spending about $30-$40 on snow cones because I was going to take one home to my husband and otherdaughter. I horrible, rude old man that I assume manages/owns this location preceded to YELL at me that I?m not being fair tohim for trying to take some home and that he?s not going to allow me to get those snow cones to go. It caused a major sceneinside as he was yelling at me treating me like I was trying to scam him somehow. Mind you, I had every intention in paying fullprice but that?s not an option today. By the way I was treated and embarrassed in front of the other customers and my children,you can assure I will never be back to the Moore location or any other location in the future. Read more
