This is Oklahoma, and when it comes to ice cream, it's Braum's we first think of. But it's really nice to have a Baskin Robbins... around, here and there, especially paired up with a Dunkin Donuts. This one is especially nice. Clean, really great staff,interesting flavor variety, (try the Spicy and Spooky Chocolate!). Another thing about Baskin Robbins that the local competitorchain doesn't do--they pack the ice cream all the way down into the cone, not just plop a scoop on top of the cone. Read more
Ordered 2 cakes, and was not positively impressed. The chocolate mint roll was poorly made with little ice cream. The cookies... and cream got picked at, but no one would commit to eating a piece. All in all, a disappointing experience. Read more
This branch is AMAZING! I have ordered ice cream, ice cream cakes both in-person and over the phone, Catherine is extremely... friendly and helpful. She always fulfilled my every preference, going above and beyond every time! This is excellent customerservice, and I believe the management needs to know that she is definitely a treasure and deserves to be promoted! Read more
Quiet, but very busy place. Clean and atmosphere is nice. ?Be Happy? Be Sweeter says two signs as you walk in the door. We all... need to re-evaluate and pay attention to the positive?s. The smiles from the employees makes me wanna come back everyday justfor happy sprinkles. Food was great. Smoothie, Strawberry Banana it was tasty. Background music is happy. Restrooms clean! My son decided he wanted an ice cream cake for his birthday so I did a search for places in and around our area to pick up one... and found BR. They had a great selection of different types of cakes (birthday, holiday, seasonal, etc.). I was given anopportunity through their website to further customize my son's cake with his name, the flavor, color of icing, the size ofcourse, whether or not I wanted to add candles to the order. Just a great amount of options to make my son's cake exactly whathe wanted. I called to ensure it was ready before picking it up, which it was, and that was even incredibly simple. I justwalked inside to the counter, gave my name and explained I was there to pick up a cake. I had the receipt on my phone to showthem just in case they asked. The individual went to the back of the store to the area with the freezer door. Inside the hugefreezer room, they located our cake, brought it to the front, asked if I needed anything further then thanked me and wished me agreat day. That was it. It was quick, simple, very tailored to what I had wanted and super super easy. Will likely bepurchasing more ice cream cakes from them for other reasons. Great job, B&R! Read more
Walked inside due to a long drive-thru line. Had a brief wait but the lady at the counter was super cheerful and kind. Got some... donuts and the iced caramel craze which is delicious. Great experience all around especially due to the customer service! Read more
The lady that was working by the ice cream counter on Friday night 6/14/2019 around 10:30 pm was the best. Friendly, polite and... most of all patient; she provided samples of the ice cream we wanted to try and answered all the goofy questions we had. Nicework lady! Read more
me and my boyfriend drove up from norman just to come here and we walk in about half an hour before they close and everything is... already put away and the employees were giving us stank looks. they were also gossiping about someone from their school loudenough for us to hear when we walked in. terrible location.
