Sunday 1:40pm. Many 5 four tops open. We are told 20 minute wait. Manager comes out long beard to his chest to explain. Not... enough servers. And very dry attitude with us. Looking,, I?m thinking this guy Should be wearing gloves to keep that beard outof the food. Nor was he wearing any sort of work gloves walking out of kitchen work area. so we passed and left. Food was good and service was okay. We were visiting and had full drinks in front of us and the server brought our check and... didnt ask if we wanted anything else. Thought that was a bit strange. End of her shift maybe at 2 in the afternoon? Clean andenjoyable place to hang out. Read more
Oddly I wasn't ordering food, a blessing as the night went on. My wife and I accompanied her nieces and families, that did order... food. They waited a little more than a hour to get, a couple of burgers, some tacos, and kids had chicken. Even appetizers tookan eternity to get to the table. This is the first time I have even walked through the doors of any Buffalo Wild Wings, probablymy last with service as it was. My wife had a beer, I had soda that stayed empty as it didn't get a refill until I was eatingice for the few times the waitress came by. I could go on about the less than any standards of service we received. Unless theydo better with regards to being a food and drinks restaurant, I don't think I could recommend the BWW restaurant in Moore, OK..I would hope someone changes things in the future. Someone like management should work on their workers and general service. By far the worst experience I've ever had at a buffalo wild wings. The food was cold when we got it and the server kept... disappearing. It was gross and took more than 15 minutes to get the check when she just stopped at the next table over.i lovecoming here but I don't think I'll bring my family back for a while. Read more
It's been years since I have stepped foot in a BWW and it'll be years again before I'm back. Nothing special. I tried the... chicken sandwich, it was decent, and the appetizers were again, alright. Only thing I found interesting is they have a smokingsection at the bar, so if your a smoker or just don't want to wait to be seated and don't mind, you can go straight to the backand come out smelling like a chimney. I only have an option for a 1 star and not lower! If I could I would give it a 0. My family and I went and sat and waited a... good 20-30 for drinks we order our food at the same time as drinks after 1hr. We could no longer wait for our food. It was noteven busy nor full.. worse serve ever! We didn?t even realize how long it was taking since we were all wrapped up inconversation.
