Pretty decent charbroiled burgers. They always send out coupons in the mail so the deal's aren't bad. Their default sauce is... mayonnaise and ketchup if you get a burger without Carl's sauce. Carl sauce isn't bad. They have the chocolate cakes you can getthat are pretty good as well. Their chicken tenders are actually very good as well. Most of the time it's fine, but they sent me the completely wrong order, and I'm vegan so couldn't even eat it. And they won't... answer the phone, i wasn't going to yell at them just want to know if i order again I'm not throwing money away. Read more
Came in to dine on a Sunday at 1:00pm. The supposedly lady manager would not wait on us, didn?t even say Hi, how are you!... Completely ignored us. Only one couple in dining part, two cars in the drive thru. Absolutely no reason to be treated likethat. From other reviews, looks to me this lady needs to Go! We took our business elsewhere. Horrible food and way to expensive!! Had to wait for food for quite awhile at drive thru felt sure it was due to either burgers... or fries having to cook thought sure they would be hot and fresh but we drove 2 blocks home after we finally got our food andeverything was cold!! I got tje "your way meal because I wanted to save money" the burger I got was a medium sized burger. Impressive though. I'm not... sure if they made a mistake on the burger cause it didn't look like the picture. Mine had avocado, some amazing special sauce ,crunchy bits and cheese. Hor fries, would have been nice if the drive thru girl would have listened and got the order right and maybe talked. She never... said a word. Pulled up to the window, ahe never said the total, just had her hand out for the money, handed me the drinks, cardback and then the food. I said thank you and she just nodded and shut the window.
