Don't go anytime soon. I went at 3:30ish today and the line wasn't too bad but the wait was horrible. I waited in line for 35... minutes and there were still 6 cars in front of me. Since they're doing construction, there is no way to exit the line to leaveuntil you're almost to the window. Thankfully, the girl who took my order told me to pay at the window, so once I was able toget around the other cars I could leave and I didn't waste my money as well as my time. Read more
I love this location and most of their workers are incredible and kind. I was a regular daily, if not every other day customer... since 2018. However, they stay so busy that the food quality has suffered tremendously. The chicken always has that nastygamey-ish taste and the sweet tea has suddenly starting tasting like dirt water. I think the owner of this location shoulddefinitely make some suggestions to corporate that a new location maybe in east Moore would greatly reduce their overflow ofbusiness and help return food quality and customer service to their original standards. Has anyone else noticed how slow the Chick-fil-A drive-through in Moore has gotten this year? I spend so much time waiting... versus moving in the line. It?s almost like they don?t cook your order till you get to the pick up window. I was only three carsback from the persons who take the order. I have now been in line 12 minutes and I still have five cars in front of me. Food isgreat but not worth the frustration if they can?t speed it up a little more. I don't think I've ever had anyone say they don't like Chick-fil-A. The food is good and it's always fresh in my experience.... This was definitely my worst experience. My eight nuggets ended up being four nuggets and four crumbs. Unfortunately I had madeit all the way home before realizing it and wasn't going 20 minutes in 1 direction to get it resolved that day, and even after 3attempts at different times, I only got 1 answer... which after I explained my issue I was told to hold and after about 14minutes I got hung up on. Then when I called back there was no answer. I travel weekly and this is one of my favoriterestaurants, but I don't think I will be returning to this location. So unfortunately I am just out of luck on this, but Idefinitely think someone knew what they did here, and that makes it far worse imo. All I can say is check your orders THOROUGHLYbefore you leave. I drove 30 minutes to pick up food here and attempted to order a spicy chicken biscuit meal. The order taker told me the... sandwich would come disassembled. They didn't have my drink or my hash browns at the window. I got home to eat and theyliterally gave me an empty biscuit wrapped up. Very disappointing Read more
I really enjoyed the friendly atmosphere and the Spicy Chicken Salad. The chicken was tender and not dry and it really was... spicy! The lettuce, tomatoes, corn and beans were fresh and complimented the chicken very well. I definitely was impressed ???? Read more
Their ?improvements? to the drive through have only caused issues. If the line is long, you can?t get into the parking lot to... park to eat inside or pick food up. They really messed that up. Also the booths need to be fixed in somehow. Moved the wholebooth when sitting down and getting up and then when someone was getting up in the seat behind my wife they moved the booth andmy wife, pushing her into the table. They have gotten slower too but I can?t really fault them for that, they?re a popular placeto eat and get really crowded and probably have less employees than they used to. However we ordered shakes last night to havebrought to the table while we continued to eat, thinking they would be brought by the time we finished eating. Got anotification that the shakes were on their way but no one brought them. Waited about 15 minutes and finally went up to ask themabout it and they had just been sitting there in the counter melting. They did remake them for us.
