Decent when it's fresh, but they tend to let food linger under heat lamps way, way too long. Also, their prices have jumped... nearly 40% in the past couple of years. I know the Democrat's inflation has hit all of us, but 40%? C'mon man! That's takingadvantage of the pain. Read more

This place is going down hill. About a year ago I would of said this is my favorite place. But now, my opinion has changed. The... portion sizes have gotten much smaller. And the price has gone up. The service gets worse everytime I go. The order is rightabout 50% of the time, unless you get a basic meal with no alterations. The drive through person always tries to rush you. Shewill cut you off mid sentence to ask roll or biscuit, and what side?!?!?! If you ask her to repeat herself she gets an attitude!So let's recap. Less food, higher prices, and employees are even leaving bad reviews. On top of all that not 1 response to badreviews, to try and fix the issue. They cook the fish made to order so that its fresh! I don't mind waiting for hot food. The kens steakhouse tarter is the best!... Okra was cooked crispy & great as well! They have great nugget ice! Read more
I left a less than desirable review a while back when I visited this location after a pretty long time away. I've been back to... this loction recently two or three times now and it is night and day in comparison to the scary house it was. They also gave ahell of a lot better customer service as well. Went through drive thru. Was given the wrong drink. After they gave us our food, we parked because the bag was too empty to be... all our food. We were missing a four piece tender meal, corn for a family meal, and our fried pickles. Partner went in to getthe missing items (though we didn't realize the pickles were missing until we got home because we were more focused on ourentrees). First they gave him only tenders, and had to be reminded those were a MEAL, and we also had corn. They took thetenders and returned with a tender meal, but still no corn. They had to be reminded of that AGAIN. Still missing our pickles.For $53, disappointed! Only redeeming thing was at least it tasted good. ??????? Read more
