AWFUL! It has been 5 months since our last visit to this Chili?s and decided to give them another try but this time using... curbside pick up service. The only thing that was good was the Sprite drink! The hamburger meat was awful and appeared to havebeen reheated as it was glued to the bun! The fries were cold and soggy, my sweet corn looked liked pruned hands left in waterfor a long time and did not have any taste! WE WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS CHILLI?S again! Read more
I just had lunch at this Chilis and it was excellent! They were so packed I thought it would take forever like the Norman... location but no! They were so quick to get our food out and everything was delicious! Friendly courteous staff. Greatexperience! I will go to this location in the future instead of the Norman location it is worth the extra travel! Read more
FIND ANOTHER LOCATION ???? No host... we just sat ourselves at the bar. Dirty silverware! Waitress was the worst! Asked for to... go tray which were LITERALLY behind her... she disappeared for 10 minutes and comes back after I've already got one from anotherpatron who could just reach them. I thought chili's were pretty universal with taste but the margarita chicken tasted like noother Chili's I'd been to. Read more
Nowadays it's hard to get good service anywhere because everyone is so understaffed so this place is suffering for the same... reason as the rest.. other than that the waitress we had was great but she had so many tables it was hard for her to take careof us and get us out the door in a timely manner. I came in for lunch. I was seated immediately. I ordered as soon as the waitress came over for drink orders. I didn?t get my... food for almost an hour but they brought out the desert before my food was ready. They didn?t ask me if I wanted the desert nowbut they brought it out anyways. The wooden holder is dirty and I kept finding pieces of what appears to be wax paper in thedesert. It?s been 20 min since my desert came out and I still don?t have my lunch. Read more
I get that it?s hard to find employees now. I?m sure chili?s doesn?t pay near enough what it takes to have a decent living but... it?s miserable eating there. Every time we have gone we have gotten our orders wrong. The last time we went it took over an hourto get our food. They finally brought one of the persons meals but the rest took 10 more minutes to get out. When they finallybrought all the orders every single one of them was wrong or missing something. We hardly ever saw the waitress. Never gotrefills, we asked the guy who brought our drinks out if we could get a refill but he said that wasn?t his job and the waitresswould have to get them. Yum, I love Chili?s ????. This location doesn?t offer great service and the surfaces are a bit on the sticky side. I love the... Margarita Chicken. It tastes amazing ????. The digital menu is a joke and extremely frustrating for those who don?t know themenu. I always get the same thing, (2 meals for $25), which is a great deal! There are better locations. Please remove all thatpromotional junk on the digital menu. Good grief that?s so annoying! Read more
It was my first time there, food was pretty good, we didn't get check up on much at all but I think they were understaffed... honestly. Even so we were still waiting 20 minutes to pay because our POS tablet they gave us was broken and we would try toflag our waiter down but he'd look and I think just kept forgetting that we needed help.
