I was prepared to write a very negative review due a pizza order that was over an hour late and no one called to let us know... what the situation was (they were very busy). I believe most people will be more patient if they get a quick call or textsaying that there will be a delay. I let the delivery driver know how displeased I was and requested a call from a manager. The driver (Constance) was very nice and apologetic and said that a manager would call me. I received the call from the managerabout 10 minutes later and he calmly explained what happened. A lot of managers might ignore the call request in order to avoidfacing an angry customer, but to his credit, he called and calmly took the criticism. He rectified the situation to mysatisfaction and so kept a loyal customer happy. Customer service is very important to me and this Domino?s met thatexpectation. We will order from them again. It was good. They have specials. Lots of workers. Pizza has a delicious garlic salt on tje bottom of the crust. Not many parking... places. I didn't know you could eat inside there, they have booths and barstools along with multiple tv's. Read more
Very irritated. Always tip 20-25%, tonight my wife clicked go without the tip getting added and we got a call asking us for a... tip and to sign even though it was contactless delivery:( Done with them!!!!! Read more
The last three times I have ordered from the store the pizza is not quality and has taken over an hour. Going into the... restaurant today to ask when my order would be ready the response I get with attitude was?well we are really busy.? I wait anadditional 15 minutes before just canceling my order and leaving. Will not be going back to this store. Read more
I have ordered two different times from this place and both times I have not been happy with the food that I have got the first... time they didn't even have the pasta that I wanted so I ended up getting some flatbread sandwich that was hard and cold and noteven good and the second time the pasta that I did get with dry there was no sauce!! Before ordering from this Domino's I noticed that it only had a 3 star rating, but thought that was strange how could it be that... much worse than the other ones in the area. Now I know. Ordered pizza tonight for carryout said it would be ready in 30 minutes,went to pick it up after the 30 minutes and was told it wasn't ready yet that it would be another 12 minutes, well 30 minuteslater I still didn't have a pizza. They did refund my payment but don't really think that makes up for wasting an hour of mytime when all I want is a pizza for dinner. Won't be making the mistake of ordering from this Domino's again plenty of otherones to go to. Read more
Half the time I order no contact delivery they make it contact, For this recent order I did it was no contact delivery and I... told them too ring the ring device and leave it at the door and someone will be there too pick it up but instead he rang thedoorbell and waited at the door, I?m only giving this place a three star rating because of half of time they don?t do the orderright.
