The place was filthy! Under our feet was a ton of water and it stunk badly. Our shoes & pant legs were wet by the time we left.... The restrooms smelled so bad you wanted to just get your food and leave. The poor waitress only had one other person helpingwith tables & was super busy. The place needs a super good cleaning and disinfecting and a little more help. She was great & thefood was descent. Read more
I RARELY write reviews but I was not at all satisfied with my experience here. My fiancé and I have been wanting to try this... restaurant for months now and finally did only to be disappointed:( Our table was so incredibly dirty you could see years ofcaked up dirt on it the toppings bar was extremely Dirty and unsanitary there was raw chicken and veggies on the floor it mademy shoes sticky the meats were getting cross contaminated as well as some of the sauces were mixed together too it had to be ahealth code violation for sure our server disappeared after seating us so we couldn?t even tell her we weren?t satisfied withthe food neither of us could take more than a few bites:( Read more
Our server was top notch at this place he goes to college full time and only works weekends. He was on top of the orders and... refilled our drinks before they were half gone. We did the create your own kid and two adults. Did not rank five stars as theplace had dirty tables all over there was scraps of food on the ground the area you create your own had food laying all aroundthe area and not neat and tighty. The chicken was under the wrong labels when said something the lady was like oh well. Thistype of place the amount of food is how well you pack your own bowl. This is overpriced noodles in a bowl. The service was horrible and the food was meh. I've avoided this place for so long and I... wished I would've never decided to come in when I did. The drink cups need to be replaced, there were chips that couldpotentially cut your lip. The food bar was a complete mess. The wait time after you order your food was close to 45 minuteseven though the place wasn't even halfway packed and they had 3 cooks on the grill at one time... Do yourself a favor and goacross the highway for better noodles at a fraction of the price... This place is ridiculous. We spent close to $80 for 2 of us.This place is not with it at all... Place was clean. Staff seemed limited but it was not a busy time frame. We had Justice as our server, and she was very... knowledgeable on the menu and changes. She was polite and kid friendly also gave suggestions on mixtures of sauces. A couple ofchanges have been made for a better process. Ex. They take your starch order before giving you your bowl to stack you food into.The food was amazing!! I love this place and so sad they closed the one on the north side. 1 bowl was seafood only, the other 2were pretty much everything. Read more
My boyfriend and I arrived here for lunch today and nobody acknowledged us for seating even though the sign told us to wait for... seating. After not being acknowledged we wandered up to the front to try and find somebody only to discover that the place isfully staffed and everybody just standing around talking and playing on their phones. The line where you make your food is anabsolute mess with employees not caring at all, I would understand if the store was busy but there was only one other coupleeating in there when I arrived. If the front of the store looks this bad I can imagine where the food prep area looks and Iwill never eat here. Read more
This place has an entire staff of people who could care less about their patrons, or even safety protocols. Food mixed between... containers, no one cleaning or checking behind patrons, absolute lack of professionalism. Tasted good though.... Hope I don'tget sick. Read more
Hi ya'll! Didn't care for the Dr's. Chicken in the veggie bowl, I think Teriyaki accidentally got on it. But the Kimchi bowl was... of course, a little spicy and very good, I had to pick out chicken, but it also had egg too. My friend had a chicken Teriyakibowl with pineapple. The neat thing is you get to pick your base of bowl, such as noodles, cauliflower rice, and regular rice,cabbage plus some others. They also have different sweet and unsweet teas like mango. Bowls run around $10 each as of November2022. It's casual atmosphere. Read more
