We?ve tried a couple of meal prep services in moore and Norman, haven?t found one that we really like and felt that we got our... money?s worth.... until now. The Portion sizes are accurate to 4 and 6 oz. The menu changes weekly with a few staple items thatare continuous. The food is tasty and relatively well priced compared to other meal prep services. We have already placed anorder for next week. It?s so nice to have a healthy dinner available for the family M-F and at a decent hour. Read more

Delicious, nutritious food cooked far better than I could for a very reasonable price. Worth every penny to not have to spend my... weekends prepping my own meals. My favorites are the Baja chicken burrito bowl, chicken Caesar salad, SW chicken salad, chipotlechicken bowl and any of the chickens...the pulled pork is also really good. Read more
This is by far the best meal prep service in OKC, and possibly the whole state. I say that after trying several franchises... online and a few local in Texas......Always go with LOCAL businesses! Love these meals for my workout/work life goals! Read more
