We came at 5:15pm. Waited in the drive through after ringing the bell. Finally decided to go in since there were no people... showing through the window. The only thing they had was Cheese pizza. Did an online order 120 mins ahead for 6 pizzas 2 cheese 2 pepperoni and 2 sausage. When I got the pizza (5 mins away at pool)... to my daughters birthday looked at pizza 3 looked under cooked 1 pizza wasn't even round! Other 3 pizzas were not much moreappealing. Ordered online. Walked into store at pick up time that the email and app said to. Waited 10 minutes, told them what I ordered,... waited another 10 minutes, another employee asked. And finally 30 mins after arriving at pick up time, the pizza was ready? Thestore wasn?t busy when this happened so it was pretty frustrating. You get what you pay for. Read more
Moore has became a classy town but we are cursed with the little Caesars on Eastern. 80% of the time, literally the "hot and... ready" pizzas are old and crunch like cardboard scraping the roof of your mouth when you bight into them. If the pizza is notold they are made terribly. I am actually excited when I see a well-made pizza there and that is sad. Moore can we please get agood quality little Caesars!?? Ordered over the phone at 7:10pm. Was told it would be ready in 15-20 minutes. Arrived at 7:25. Was told unfortunately my... pizza wasn?t ready but should be in about 5 minutes and would I please pull forward and my order would be brought to me. Satout in the 95* heat for 10 minutes and went inside to check. Was told unfortunately it still wasn?t ready but should be inabout 10 more minutes. At this point the clock is running at 25 minutes and counting. Finally got my single pizza at 7:50pm. Asked for parmesan and chili pepper. My husband went to get a pizza at about 9:30pm on a Wednesday. He asked if they had an ExtraMostBestest ready. No. Any wings.... No. Any cheesy bread. No. Any crazy bread. No. All they had was pepperoni ready. Okay, I know most of those items aren't alwaysready but really...only pepperoni? So he comes home and I open the box...it's not even cut! What the hell? I had to cut it withkitchen shears because I don't have a pizza cutter lol. I have been to this location twice in the past two weeks and each time ordered pan pizza with extra cheese and been charged... accordingly only to get almost no sauce and precious little cheese, there is no point calling to complain just to have an angryteenager do something to a replacement pizza,this seems to happen every time I've been there over the whole summer, they used tobe pretty good pan pizza for 13 bucks but apparently those days are long gone, very disappointed in what there product hasbecome! We will no longer be a customer of this place, totally unpalatable pizza went in the trash can, even the kids wouldn'teat it, smh???? Read more
