Crazy ... as i sit here eating salad, dozens come through the door wanting pizza buffet and they have to say its not offered... .. And refer them to another location. The store at 101 N.E. 12th in Moore had given us a reservation for our large party and when we arrived their dining room was... closed! We went to the Mazzio's at 925 S.W. 25th in Moore instead. Everyone was really nice and helpful except the cashier. Sheinsulted me for asking that they put the cheese on top of the pizza, like pizzeria's used to do (in the stone age apparently).She told me l was weird. Then the pen she gave me to sign my receipt didn't work and she informed me that l didn't know how towrite with a pen because it was working fine for her! So yeah.Their teenage help at the front counter needs some work. Read more

I love mazzios pizza, but they are really starting to frustrate me!!! We order from them every couple of weeks. We always make... a good size order, but the past few times they have not followed instructions. I love thin crust easy sauce Canadian bacon butOnly with cheese On Top of the meat, otherwise my meat gets all dried out. They have not done it the last 3 times. This time Ialso got a calzone, I couldn't even dip it because it didn't stay together and the stuff inside was cold, cheese not melted. I'mabout to give up on the 12th street location!! Ive eaten mazzios elsewhere and trust me this by far the best mazzios I've been to. Others serve thin, luke warm, greasy, limp,... pizza but pleasantly surprised here. Staff very friendly, pizzas are cut thru so u can actually pick them up, good variety,fresh and hot. Please send this manager to penn and 122nd and teach them how to do buffet.
