I go in to Panda Express in Moore. I get in line, actually I am the only person in line. No one ever acknowledges I am there. I... wait and wait patiently, then another family gets in line to the left of me and they start to get their order. I try to bepolite. They were so extremely rude, I will not go back to this location. They need better management! I went to the one on 240in OKC, was waited on promptly. Beyond orange chicken is here! As of September 2022. I?ve never tried a Panda Express before, but I was pleasantly surprised... with my experience here. I saw that they offered Beyond orange chicken, so I downloaded the app and ordered a couple bowls. TheBeyond ?chicken? was quite good. It was chewy and flavorful. The veggies were fresh and the bowl was very fresh. Definitely ahealthier option than most Chinese pickup! It?s hard to find vegan Chinese food or vegan food in general in Oklahoma, especiallyin Moore, so I appreciate the options! After having a good meal here, close to home, I will be coming back! I hope Beyondorange chicken sticks around and that, just maybe, they will offer more vegan options in the future! Read more

First off I want to say you have 1 certain employee you should probably give a raise to, cause she was absolutely professional.... The brunette with the extremely large eyelashes handled 1 of those Karen type men like a pro, he was a complicating a$% andduring lunch hour, in what looked like short staffed. She couldn't do what he wanted but showed effort, knowing dang well that'snot how coupons work but she put him at ease and in the end he left with a smile. Not sure if I could have done what she did, Iprobably would have asked him to leave. I got a kungpow bowl and my husband got teriyaki chicken. It was very delicious. I don?t usually give bad reviews but after multiple attempts of trying the Moore location I think it?s necessary. The last time... I tried this location they were out of the two items I tried to order. I decided to give them another chance today and thesame thing, they were out of the things I tried to order. This has happened at least a half dozen times over a 3 month period. Ikeep going back hoping things have changed but they never do. It?s aggravating to sit in line to order only to find out they donot have what is on the menu. You can go at slow times and busy times and they will be out of food. They are never apologeticand seem not to care if you eat there or not so I am never going back. I wish the corporate office would read the reviews andfix the issues or just close the location if this is how they plan to continue to run it because it?s truly disappointing. Read more

This location is an absolute joke. Have been here a few times, each time is disappointing. Every time I?ve been before they... haven?t had the broccoli beef entree. This time while ordering from the drive through they did. Made it home to open my box tofind 5 pieces of broccoli and one little piece of beef. Save yourself the disappointment and go elsewhere. If you still wantPanda Express go out of your way to Norman to get better service and portions. Won?t be back to this location again. Read more

Three visits in a row they have been out of fried rice and/or orange chicken at the time of my order. --- Update: I tried... again. This time everything appeared to be available. However, the drive thru person was clearly doing two things at once andnot really listening to my order. My order: 2 Orange Chicken bowls, 1 plate with Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp. Whatwas entered: 1 Orange Chicken bowl, 1 plate with Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp. I attempted to correct him, instructinghim that there are TWO bowls. He modified the existing plate to a bowl, resulting in a still-incorrect order. I attempted tocorrect him again, instructing him that there are TWO Orange Chicken bowls + ONE plate (Orange Chicken + Honey Walnut Shrimp). He then got those correct? however, entered in my plate as double Orange Chicken. At this point, I was amused at having asimple order not being correct after three attempts. I have updated my rating to 2-stars on the premise that ?it can always beworse?. I am sure one day I will forget these experiences & try again, and will post an update. ------ UPDATE: May 2022 Afterseveral normal visits, our luck ran out again. 3 meals with orange chicken so overcooked it was completely inedible. I willtrudge my way through an overcooked meal, but this was legitimately inedible. I'm talking rock hard, beef-jerky-textureinedible. I'm sympathetic to an overworked / understaffed kitchen .. but this lies on the manager's inability or unwillingnessto correct obvious mistakes. Read more

Updated March 20,2022. Decided to try again since their dining room is now open and Panda Express sounded good tonight. I was... more disappointed tonight than I?ve ever been. 5 out of the 6 spots by the building were taken by the employees working there.And one of those was illegally parked in a handicap spot. The inside was so cold, my fried rice and orange chicken were coldbefore I even made it halfway through them. The teriyaki chicken was bland and burnt. I tried to get cheese rangoon and theywere out of it again. That?s it too many bad experiences here to continue trying to eat here. I?ll eat at the one off of I-240in front of Walmart from now on. Added 3 pictures showing the employee parking in the closest spots. Original post: Stopped byagain to eat only to find their dining room still not open. Ordered bigger plate, paid 2.50 extra for double walnut shrimp. Got a SMALL portion. Got a small box of string bean chicken... for $13.67. I went back inside and asked for manager, she said you only get 7 pieces of shrimp. Ridiculous, I've never gottena portion so small at any Panda Express. She offered me more. I declined, if this is what I'm "supposed" to get then so beit. Lost my business, and I'll make sure to let the whole construction site know how portions run here. Raise the price ifinflation is hurting bottom line, not cut the portions. Read more
